    Description

Hello, my name is Elijah and my girlfriend's name is Nicole. We house 3 elderly dogs (Chow Mixes) and 3 nice cats and are currently finishing the construction on our semi-finished home.

We live one hour North of Anchorage, off the main highway, but very close to nature in every direction. 45 minutes to Hatcher Pass. 45 minutes to Talkeetna. 3 hours from Denali.

We are looking for a person who can help with our ongoing construction projects, like building out the downstairs warehouse.

We are also looking for a good mechanic that can help us with a 1985 Dodge Chinook motor home and a diesel Ford Truck.

We can always use help with watching the dogs, cats and the house while we are gone, as well as doing some basic chores, like the dishes, sweeping the upstairs and grooming and feeding the dogs and cats.

This situation is very dynamic and has many places to help out. Tell me about yourself what you are good at. Having construction, carpentry, mechanic and handy-man skills/experience is a PLUS!

Being a laid back person is a must. We also prefer to have people who are health conscious and who are conspiracy believers.

If you are interested in experiencing Alaska and helping out with a good cause, please contact us.

    Be Well.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Travelers will benefit from a cultural exchange by learning about our unique Alaskan way of life. It sure is different up here compared to anywhere else you have been in the world. You will have the opportunity to learn about nature, the history of Alaska and even share some great conversations over some home cooked meals and experience the long summer days and the long winter nights, quite possibly under the Aurora Borealis .
