Description
We are a busy family run farm in the heart of the Karoo, Western Cape. With a variety of different departments: sheep, stud cattle, fruit, irrigation, engineering, general farming.
We are pro-actively involved in many local educational schemes / programs to uplift our local community and farm workers while running the farm.

Farm work is not for everyone - know this.
We have many wonderful innovative ideas and are daily working on a variety of tasks:
Admin - animal data on computer (data entry) and maintenance of farming data. Renovating worker's houses and general accommodation for eco tourism, building toilet- and shower facilities for the workforce, designing clever innovative time and energy saving ideas, general maintenance on tractors and farm implements,
The season determine the demand.

Ideal volunteer would be mature (29+) professional person with life experience and a willingness to work hard and get involved in projects. An outdoor person, team player and servant heart would also be advantages.
Volunteers need to organize their own working insurance.
