    Description

Live, meaningfully. Work, collaboratively. Thrive, sustainably.

We are building a network of environmentally-conscious, rural coliving & coworking spaces from the ground up.

Imagine a world in which all members live abundantly, while embracing the natural environment… regenerating rather than depleting nature’s finite resources… rewarding cooperation and connection, in work and in life…

This is our vision at the farm, and our journey is already under way.

Our ambition is for the farm to become a worldwide network and community of environmentally-conscious, rural coliving & coworking spaces for digital nomads; a sort of human experiment and art piece that explores the intersection between keeping up with the times, while also embracing the nomadic and tribal roots in each and every one of us.

We started working on a 2 hectare parcel of land in Nonaspe, Spain, a small town with a rich history, laying just on the border between Aragon and Catalonia. We are located just over an hour from the beach or bigger cities, and 2 hours from Barcelona if you’re ever craving the big city life. We are also surrounded by rivers and the land is nestled within the hills of the Special Protection Area for Birds - it is not rare to see huge flocks of falcons, storchs or other big birds. There are over 60 olive trees, a few almond trees but we are planting more varieties of plants and vegetables by the day.

We love nature, bonfires, good music, deep and meaningful conversations and are open to meet with the people of the world.

We are so excited to hear from you.
    Much love.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We are a collective of international people working on the farm together, some people stay a few weeks, others a few months and hopefully for years to come. We want to build more than "just" a permaculture farm, but a network of likeminded people and a tribe of Nomidians.
You will learn through hands on work on the farm, but you will also be able to connect with likeminded individuals, many of which are digital nomads themselves. Expand your personal and professional network and horizon. The main language spoken at the farm is English, but you can hear other languages on the farm as well.

    Help

If you want to help us transform this monoculture on a piece of land with barely any infrastructure, you have come to the right place. We will be implementing many interesting projects from composting, no-dig plant bed preparation, irrigation system setup, pond building, path clearing, solar installations, natural water treatment systems and an abundance of space for creativity.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

We own a townhouse, which is located a 5 minute drive from the land in the town of Nonaspe. There are two bedrooms available for couples or singles. The house offers all "modern amenities" such as a bathroom, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, AC, etc. We even renovated a few of the rooms already as one of the workaway projects.
There is also a caravan (fully equipped with heating, kitchen, shower, ...) on the land, which is an exciting place to sleep, observe the stars or sit around the bonfire until late at night. There is also plenty of space for other caravans or campers, should you have your own.

Food will be provided, focusing on vegetables whilst still cooking the occasional meat dish here and there. You are most welcome to share your cooking skills with the rest of the people or help the chef. There is always something do to in the kitchen.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

There are a lot of beautiful spots very close to the land and in the surroundings of Nonaspe. The town of 1000 inhabitants has a train station and bus service with direct lines to major cities like Barcelona, Tarragona or Zaragoza. Plenty of routes for hiking or biking, places for fishing, swimming or picnics by the riverside or the lake. Nonaspe also has a few bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops for everything you need.
