Description
We are a family living on a small holding (small farm) in Wilderness which is a village at the Indian Ocean. Wilderness is part of the Garden Route in the Western Cape of South Africa. We run a small tented camp for holiday makers. We live on a hill surrounded by forest with a view of the ocean. We are a 5 min drive away from a spectacular uncrowded beach. There are beautiful forest and beach walks in the vicinity. We work from home and enjoy being with our animals: our 3 dogs, 3 horses, 5 sheep and bunnies. We have an adult son who is autistic and has found peace and stability in these serene surroundings. Wilderness is a place loved by locals and visitors alike for its surfing, canoeing, paragliding, hiking, bird watching and cycling opportunities.

Help
We are looking for creative, energetic, enthusiastic people who love working with their hands - and love teaching/inspiring others to do so also.
You should be able to initiate and assist two young women with mild LD (learning difficulties) with various craft projects (recycling projects, card making, clay modeling, woodwork, paper craft, painting, weaving, sewing...).
You should be able to plan the project(s), enjoy doing it and be able to teach it with patience.
The two ladies you will be teaching are young, bright and happy learners, but need a bit of assistance with fine motor skills. They enjoy making craft gifts for family and friends, so their enthusiasm will help make teaching a positive experience for you.
Teaching times should be fun and relaxed and for roughly two hours every morning and every afternoon (leaving a bit of time for daily clean-up), Monday to Friday. Weekends will be free.Languages
