Ich bin gerade

Beschreibung

I’m Zineb, originally from Morocco, these days moving between places, currently spending time in Turkey.

A few years ago, I stepped away from a more “linear” path and started exploring differently, living and volunteering across parts of Europe and Asia, learning how to adapt quickly, connect with people, and feel at home in very different environments. That way of living stayed with me.

In parallel, I’ve built a more structured side as well (I’m currently doing a PhD in management and innovation, alongside some independent project work), but I’ve learned that I function best when life isn’t only about plans and screens. I like being in places where things are happening, where people come and go, where there’s a rhythm, where you actually feel part of something.

I’m not here just to pass through or “tick places off a list”, I enjoy being useful, helping where needed, being reliable, and just naturally fitting into the flow of a place. I usually stay long enough to actually understand a place, integrate, and add something real rather than just passing by.

I’m quite independent, I usually figure things out quickly, and I’m easy to live with. I also genuinely enjoy the social side of these experiences, conversations, shared meals, and the kind of moments that aren’t really planned. I don’t need much supervision, but I like knowing how things are organized so I can do things properly and still enjoy my time off.

Outside of that, I like being active, walking, swimming, being near the sea, and trying new things (lately curious about wind or water sports, even if I’ll probably fall a few times first). I also enjoy hands-on environments, whether that’s helping with people, places, or simple outdoor work.
For me, the best places are simple: good energy, open people, and a sense that everyone is contributing something.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am an adventurer at heart. Travel is one of my true ambitions in life, to be able to experience and appreciate life in its different ways can be anything from enlightening to euphoric for me.
I am pretty much very flexible and open-minded and I'm good at various activities.
Having studied and worked in Project Management, Entrepreneurship and innovation, Marketing and Events, I can be of big help in any of those fields or other related to Business if needed.
I am very sociable, I can definitely help with guests if you run a hostel, a restaurant, or a business of some kind, I've gained good experience in that while volunteering in three hostels before.
I've worked in the events and communication fields so I can also help organize and lead events! And I know my way around in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I've done a variety of stuff, from posters to logos to websites and social media material.
With some basic instruction, I'm capable of manual activities like gardening and farming, which I really enjoyed during my first volunteering experience on a farm in Turkey. I'm always looking to pick up new skills and learn more.
I also have an experience with animal care during one of my volunteering projects in Malaysia, I loved it and it only made my love for animals go deeper.
I'm a fast learner, flexible, open-minded, hardworking and creative person, and anything I have never done before, I'm excited to learn about and gain experience doing!
