Beschreibung

We, Mathilde & Wadse, are a motivated, hardworking couple with a positive outlook on life. We met in 2010 at ecovillage ECOlonie in the North of France and have been living and working there since 2012.
In this centre we have organic vegetable-, herb- and flower gardens, a bakery, an art atelier, camp site, hotel, gites, a health shop, beehives, a goat farm, cheese makery and mushroom production.
We are ready for new experiences and are especially interested in eco building and permaculture, but of course we are happy to help with anything that needs doing. If the feeling is good on both sides, staying long term could be a possibility.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Mathilde: At ECOlonie I am responsible for the store and the webshop, for harvesting herbs and flowers, and the manufacture of personal care products with these natural ingredients. I also give workshops in making ointments, teas, soaps etc. I have experience in cooking for groups up to 30 people.

Wadse: I coordinate the 25-60 volunteers working here, I am one of the coördinators of the vegetable gardens, responsible for the bookkeeping, and I’m the resident beekeeper, working both with national and top bar hives. In winter I’m mainly busy with renovation and painting, maintaining and updating the several websites, making newsletters and help to organise our yearly festival in Holland.
