Beschreibung

We, Michael and Valentina, are a couple from Switzerland. Last year, we fulfilled a dream and converted a former ice cream truck into a camper together. We set off from Switzerland with our new home on four wheels 6 months ago and have since traveled across the Balkans to Armenia.

After gathering many impressions and spending a lot of time in nature, we now feel the need to gain a deeper insight into local life, get involved in meaningful activities, and learn new things. Animals, the environment, and sustainability are both very important to us, which is why we would like to volunteer in these areas.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Michael:
I am a studied multimedia producer and have worked as a photographer and videographer for a Swiss newspaper for the last 4.5 years.
Before and during my studies, I spent a lot of time working in construction as an all-rounder, where I gained a lot of practical experience. I was able to deepen this experience with Valentina while converting our camper.

Valentina:
I've completed my degree in Social Work a few years ago. Since then, I've worked in a prison, in an addiction counseling center, and at a school for children and adolescents with special educational needs and behavioral challanges.
I once traveled with a tent for several months, so I can work outdoors in any weather and endure long hours. At home, I enjoy gardening and know a bit about plants and herbs. I also love to cook in my free time.
I have a great fondness for animals. I've had pets since I was a child, used to walk dogs from the neighborhood and the animal shelter, and had a foster horse when I was young.
I have helped out with olive harvests several times, which I also enjoyed very much.
During the conversion of our camper, I discovered a new field and ventured into manual craftsmanship.
