Beschreibung

Hi there! My name is Talia, I am a 28 year old world traveler. I love to be on the move; meeting new people and learning from them brings me great joy. I fill my days with meditation, time in nature, cooking nutritious food, reading, and if the weather allows it a dip in the nearest body of water! I would love to learn more about planting, growing, and harvesting as well as further my knowledge of the great outdoors.

Professionally, I worked in the non profit realm for a handful of years before returning to art school to become a ceramicist. Realizing the healing potential of ceramics, I decided to pursue training to become a certified coach in 2024 in the hopes that I can one day provide a constructive healing space utilizing art. I now work part time as a ceramics teacher and the rest of my time is spent building up my somatic coaching practice to provide mind-body guided personal development to clients internationally!

I was born and raised in sunny California and attended university down in San Diego. I have also lived in London (2018-2019), Oregon (2020-2022), and Florence (2023-2024). I most recently spent time living in Sacramento, CA working as a ceramics teacher and would love to get my hands on some clay during my travels. I have two older sisters and two young nieces who I enjoy visiting in between my travels. Family is very important to me and I love to expand my chosen family as I travel!

-I speak English fluently and am working to improve my Spanish and Italian
-I am lovingly called Bob the builder by my friends since I always seem to be fixing things around the house. From loose screws to blocked washing machine filters, I love to problem solve and figure out how to fix things I may not have otherwise known how to.
-I am a skilled cook and baker, most recently perfecting bagels!
-3 years of experience with functional pottery and sculpture
-2 years of experience coordinating volunteer opportunities for college students at local nonprofits
-5+ years of childcare experience with children ages 4 weeks- 14 years old
-5+ years of dog and cat sitting experience
-5+ years of office experience working with patient records, google suite, canva, social media, and client relations
