Hi there!
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I'm a genuine and open minded person; I grow up and currently living in a remote area of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in central Italy; immersed in big wild forests, many rivers, waterfalls and a wide variety of wildlife (deer, wild boars, porcupines and wolves are neighbors).
I was raised in a family where the community and life in touch and symbiosis with nature were keys; with 4 siblings I spent my childhood in a small mountain village. Today I'm a proud aunty of 2 beautiful kids aged 3 and 5 and love so much spending time with them. I've always been around kinds since I was a kid, growing close to an alternative community born on the mountains in the 80's; a group of folks that have decided to live in a different way, aiming to be independent and auto-sufficient in harmony with the land and everything that lives in it.
I have always loved to travel to get to know new places and meet other humans along the way; when I started travelling I knew I wanted more and for some years of my life I travelled as much as I could; learning every day from everything that was surrounding me while on the road.
At this time of my life, I'm travelling again with the new prospective of getting closer to teaching, volunteering and working with children and young people in general; in order to develop my natural skills with the little humans; hopping that this will help me with my university studies that I will be doing from next year.
I feel that alternative ways of teaching youngers, with different activities, child-focused, will be the type of teaching I'm looking to approach.
I'm interested in many different type of schools and educational projects, happy to talk about volunteering for mid-long period.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have done different type of jobs in the past 15 years; many of those where at direct contact with public, mainly working in hospitality; bar restaurants and hotels; getting a good costumer driven service.
I've also had experience in agriculture; I've done various jobs like picking vegetables, planting, sowing etc; for 3 years I experienced the assembly line of plants, working and supervising a nursery; acquiring knowledge of plants caring, pruning and general managing of a semi-automatic greenhouse.
I'm currently working in the tourism business, providing accommodation for leisure groups travelling to Europe; developing my negotiation skills, European geography/points of interest and IT skills.
In additional I gave some English private lessons, help with homework and exams preparation; and babysitting. I have a TEFL certificate, pediatric First aid CPR and BLSD certificates.

Was noch ...

I love to cook and prepare different type of cusine dishes; I eat everything but I have a manly plant-based diet (I buy seasonal products from local natural and organic farms). I enjoy being in touch with nature ,explore it and also getting lost (why not?!). I love music and singing; I recently got into theater lessons and performances; I like (but not practicing too much) yoga and breathing exercises; also trying to read more to improve my writing skills.
