We’re Pascal (36) and Javi (33), an international couple, Javi is from chile and Pascal from germany. We are two travellers who love to get our hands dirty and help out however we can. We’ve done everything from farm work to construction and hospitality, and we’re always up for learning something new.
We’re easygoing, reliable, and always bring a positive vibe. We love being part of a team, meeting new people, and exploring new places.

Pascal's Skills

I’m an adaptable and hardworking person with 10 years of experience working outdoors in diverse environments. I’ve worked on drill rigs in Australia, dairy and horse farms in New Zealand and Portugal, and cycled across Europe for two years, volunteering on off-grid projects along the way. I’m skilled in farming, gardening, and outdoor labor, and I’m passionate about sustainability and hands-on work. I’m always eager to learn and thrive in new challenges, bringing a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every project.

Javi's Skills

I’m a friendly, adaptable, and hardworking person with experience in hospitality, housekeeping, farm work, and general labour. I’ve worked in remote camps in Australia doing housekeeping, laundry, retail, and kitchen support. I also have experience in construction, material handling, and basic manual tasks, as well as some farm work.

I’m a professional diver and have been working as a Divemaster for the past six months in Indonesia.

I’ve worked across several countries and cultures, which has made me flexible, adaptable, a strong team player, and quick to resolve issues and keep tasks moving.

Was noch ...

We both enjoy outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, and cycling. Pascal cycled through Europe for a few years, while Javi spent a year working as a dive master in Indonesia, embracing both adventure and cultural experiences. We've lived and worked in various environments, from FIFO mining camps to off-grid projects in remote areas. These experiences have deepened our love for nature and exploration.
