At the moment working in food forests in the Netherlands! 💪🏼😁🍀


Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile. Since the Spring of 2023 I have been doing Workaway adventures visiting France, Spain and Portugal. Getting to know these countries and finding out if I could live there for a while. I am on a personal journey to find my inner strength, learn new skills along the way and getting to know several different cultures. My primary focus lies in finding a community where I could live and work in for a longer period.

In the Netherlands I have sold my house in '23, I have been living a nomadic life since then. I have done a hiking trip through the Algarve crossing Portugal from East to West in´23 and last year I was on a three month bike trip from Maastricht - Sevilla.
I am a nature lover, adventurer, love to hike & bike and have profound conversations with people I meet along the way. I love to make music (drums and hang) and to read good books.

I have been in many projects the last two years including housesitting, taking care of property in absence of the owners, petsitting, swimming pool maintenance, planting of vegetable and or permaculture gardens and foodforests, harvesting of olives and maintenance of orchards, etc.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I love outdoor work and am able to organize, take the lead, get structure in things and good in prioritizing.
I have done a few courses in agroforestry and foodforests but would love to get some more knowledge about that. I also want to learn about alternative building methods. I like to work with recycled materials and give it a second change. For me that is really satisfying 😊. My focus for the fall and winter of '24 will be mainly in learning to build and construct in different ways!

I am a hard worker. Used to work as a Teamleader in Logistics and after that as Data Analyst but am now looking for something that makes the earth a bit nicer.

I am fluent in Dutch & English and skilled in German as well. Would love to learn Spanish & Portugese and pick up languages rather quick. Also want to share my knowledge and love to have conversations that are going a little deeper.

Like to play board & card games, get on a mtb, step into a canoo, occasionally visit a museum, read a good book, watch a movie, I am learning about Human Design, I am learning to play the hang (handpan).
