Beschreibung
My husband and I are very energetic people! We love to travel and explore the culture by foot or bike. We love being mostly outside either working on our landscape and in the garden during the summer, making maple syrup in the spring, chopping wood in the fall and x-country ski or snow shoeing in the winter. We live in the outskirts of a small town near Ottawa and have alpagas, goats, chickens, sheeps, dogs and cats. We would love to expand our travels by helping and discovering through staying with hosts.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I am a retired elementary teacher and my husband is a chiropractor and a retired military engineer. We both love biking and x-country skiing, exploring through walks or hikes. I like to keep busy with organizing, cleaning, weeding the garden, cooking and playing games or cards.My husband loves to build, he as built 2 of our homes, a barn, a sugar shack just to name a few. Dennis loves animals, he expanded his chiropractic clinic to also help animals by completing a veterinarian chiropractic course last year.

My husband and I are active in our community by organizing a food drive every year, helping elders with landscape work and cleaning their homes. While travelling for long periods of time in several countries of Africa, Dennis has help villages establish gardens by providing tools and seeds. He has also enjoyed teaching them to build chicken tractors. We have built our home on land in order to be self sufficient and love to share our experiences and we are always looking for people to share with us their success.
