Beschreibung

I live in the Basque Country at the foot of the Pyrenees and on the Atlantic coast. I love walking in the mountains and in nature. I also love swimming in the sea and basking in the sun and wind.
Meeting people, discovering new things and sharing experiences are what motivate my trip to your country of nature. I also enjoy learning new skills.
I am passionate about communication and wellbeing.

Je vis au Pays Basque au pied des Pyrénées et au bord de l’atlantique. J’adore me promener en montagne, dans la nature. J’adore également les bains de mer, de soleil et de vent.
Rencontrer, découvrir et partager motivent mon voyage dans votre pays de nature. Apprendre des savoirs faire nouveaux me plaît également .
Je suis passionnée par la communication et le bien être.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I worked for 10 years in internal and external communications for an employers' union in Paris.
Then, for more than 20 years, I led workshops on oral communication, self-confidence, assertiveness and stress management, notably at the University of Bayonne and Anglet.
I have also supported individual change as a coach.
I live in the Basque Country, in Saint Jean de Luz.
I have been retired for two years.
I practise and lead Nordic walking in a club.
Every day, I start my day with meditation, cardiac coherence and a little English on the Babbel app 🤪
I have been practising Pilates again for several weeks now, thanks to the Downdog yoga app.
I have been a TRAGER practitioner (a relaxation method using touch and movement) for 30 years and a Reiki practitioner (energy healing) since last July! I love taking care of others (and myself too) 🤣.
For over 5 years, I have been a member of a collaborative, cooperative and solidarity-based grocery store. I take delivery of products, calculate prices and make changes to them on the computer and labels. Sometimes I even get to play shop assistant 😍
Champion at assembling IKEA furniture while reading notices.🤩

J’ai travaillé pendant 10 ans dans la communication interne et externe pour un syndicat patronal à Paris.
Puis, pendant plus de 20 ans, j’ai animé des ateliers de communication orale, de confiance en soi, d’assertivité et de gestion du stress , notamment à l’unversité de Bayonne et d’Anglet.
J’ai aussi accompagné le changement individuel en tant que coach,
Je vis au Pays Basque, à Saint Jean de Luz.
Je suis retraitée depuis 2 ans.
Je pratique et anime la marche nordique dans un club.
Chaque jour, je débute ma journée avec méditation, cohérence cardiaque et un peu d’anglais sur l’application Babbel 🤪
Je recommence la pratique de Pilates grâce à l’application Downdog yoga depuis plusieurs semaines maintenant.
Praticienne TRAGER (méthode de relaxation par le toucher et le mouvement) depuis 30 ans et de Reiki (soins énergétiques) depuis juillet dernier ! J’adore prendre soin d’autrui (et de moi également) 🤣.
Depuis plus de 5 ans. Je suis membre d’une épicerie collaborative, coopérative et solidaire. J’assure la réception des produits, le calcul des prix et leurs modifications sur ordinateur et étiquettes. J'y ai parfois, le plaisir de jouer à la vendeuse 😍
