Hello! We areDavide and Ilaria, an Italian travelling couple looking for a place to work in for the winter and fund our next trips :)
Ilaria has been a clarinet teacher for years and has dedicated most of her life to this instrument, whcich means that music is always included in the package with her. She has mostly worked in the education sector but also has some experience in table service. She has a bright green thumb, loves to grow plants, harvest the wild ones and make tea, jams and sauces with the precious stuff she finds in the garden! She is particularly interested in learning about beekeeping and horse caring.
I, Davide, have just finished my master’s degree in geography and have done many and various jobs while studying. I prefer to work outdoors and have good skills with most tools (chainsaws, weedcutters, drills etc.) and enjoy growing and harvesting vegetables and taking care of farm animals. I also consider myself a good cook ;) I am paricularly interested in learning some carpentry and building skills.
We are great outdoor enthusiasts and mountain lovers and never lose the chance to go hiking, camping and kayaking, never regretting a day outside the house.
In the last few years we have been hosted as helpers in various workaways and would like to keep learning and improving our skills in order to be ready to pursue our own project once we settle and enlarge our ever-growing circle of friends around the world!
We are very sociable people, enjoy the company of others (especially when it envolves good food, music and life stories) and are used to communal life: in the last ten years we have been very active in the social movements of our city and have a lot of experience in community and grassroot projects and we would like to bring these kind of things in the countryside one day.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I, Davide have experience in logging, gardening, landscaping, animal care, crop-growing and harvesting and small carpentry and painting jobs. I worked in alla kinds of places, from supermarkets to airports to farms so I can handle working with people, clients or on my own. I speak English and Italian fluently, can understand Spanish and some french and am slowly learning Norwegian.
Ilaria is a clarinet teacher and has experience in teaching, childcare, gardening, crop growing and harvesting and sowing . She also worked in a bar for some time. She speaks English and Italian and understands some German and French. We both have experience in farmwork as we stayed on a sheep farm in Norway last year.

Was noch ...

We are outdoor enthusiasts, love to stay off-grid and very curious learners. Also enjoy shared meals and we are big fans of boardgames. Music, art and culture are very much appreciated.
