We are looking for workaway in Provence/Ardèche :)
What we' love to be involved are planting/caring/foraging/processing plants, sustainable farming, learning about eco building/farm infrastructures :-)

one more update... since 2 months we have a dog Mushu who decided to join our adventure, he was a stray dog in Spain and is a small, young and cute boy, you will like him :-)

We are Alex from South Tyrol, the northern part of Italy (a region where people speak a German dialect) & Sin Yi (Sabine) from Hong Kong, resident in South Tyrol.

We are a couple who currently travelling in a van through Europe with the intention to explore countries, meet people and above all, learn new things and gain ideas and inspirations for our life dream of having our own piece of land.

(Alex) I always loved to travel and over the time I've visited different countries and worked in many different sectors, but what brings me the most joy is working in nature.
The last eight years I've been in my home region and worked on a vineyard, from field to cellar work.
But after some time the mono cultural system didn't align with what I really want-a diverse and healthy surrounding that doesn't just take from mother earth...

So we embarked on this journey (around a year) to learn more skills and connect with equal minded people.

What I like: music, literature, the outdoors and my biggest passion is climbing

(Sabine) I grew up in a crazy city but was always longing to be close to nature, now I live in a beautiful mountain area with Alex that I feel really privileged to immerse myself into the precious sources.

I've worked as an aromatherapist and bodyworker since 10 years, so connecting plants and supporting wellbeing are my biggest passion. Except working closely with people, I have quite some experiences in the farm-vegetables, flowers, medicinal herbs. I also enjoy the process of transforming plants into different food & remedies.

I'd love to learn and connect with you who are doing the similar works, especially growing and processing the medicinal food and plants.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

(Alex)in the last twenty years I gained experience in different sectors, from gastronomy to store work, from gardening (I was the housekeeper of a big property in Provence) to vineyard work (field, cellar, tastings)
I am durable, flexible, always try to be efficient and motivated to learn fast

(Sabine) working experiences:
Eco Farm- Educational, Guided Tour; Permaculture Farm- Planning & Field work;
Slow Flower Farm- Field work& Bouquets for weddings.
Aromatherapy- using plant essences to support people's wellbeing, creating cosmetics products, distillation of essential oils/hydrolat(still have a lot to learn!)
Bodywork- different massage techniques, manuel therapy, intuitive, psychosomatic.

Beside professional skills, I love cooking (ovo-vegetarian), cleaning, organising, bringing small beauties into a place, gardening, hiking, swimming, do nothing (very skillful :-P)
