Hi there!
I'm a 35-year old Finn who is passionate about languages and ever curious about the world. I've spent a total of seven years living in Japan, and I'm currently on a working holiday in New Zealand to explore the Kiwi life. I enjoy reading, walking in nature, and deep conversations.

I speak three languages - Finnish, English & Japanese - and love to share what I know, while also always looking to improve my own skills. I've been an assistant language teacher in the past, so I've got a knack for explaining grammar, if that is something you have an interest in.

Since my family always had cats and dogs when I was growing up, I'm used to being around animals and enjoy their company.

I've worked in a variety of hospitality roles (restaurant, bar, hotel, lobby services, etc.) in four different countries, so I'm comfortable with talking to people and working together with folks from all around the world.
