Beschreibung

My name's Alice and I love living in the Scottish Highlands where I enjoy outdoor adventures such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, camping and bothying. I also love crafting, planting, foraging, cooking, playing the clarsach (Scottish harp), dancing and ceiliding.

I trained as a social worker and have worked in social work and social care, as well as active travel. I have been offering therapeutic gardening sessions for adults with learning disabilities at a charity called L'Arche Highland for almost 5 years alongside my small yoga and massage business, Wholehearted Highland.

I'll be taking a sabbatical from April 2026, starting with a cycle tour of BC. I would love to learn more about permaculture and eco building along the way. I can also offer yoga and massage. My dream is to return home and build an eco cabin, yoga shala and sauna on a permaculture site where I can continue to offer therapeutic gardening, yoga and massage.
