Hello!!
I'm Alessandro, from Brazil.
I grew up in the countryside, close to nature, animals, and a simple way of life, where I learned the value of simplicity, silence, and the wisdom of nature.
Traveling has become both an outer and inner journey—learning to live with more purpose, compassion, and presence.
After great Workaway experiences in Europe, where I discovered how valuable cultural exchange and volunteering can be, I am now exploring South America, open to learning, helping, sharing, and connecting with people, nature, and inspiring ways of living.
I believe that every place and every person has something to teach.
I enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different lifestyles, and spending time in nature—through hiking, camping, cycling, swimming, or just enjoying the landscape.
I’m also passionate about meditation, yoga, philosophy, and spiritual paths that guide us back to inner peace, awareness, and reconnection with something greater.

Because I grew up and lived in rural areas, I have experience with gardening, farming, beekeeping, painting, taking care of animals, and growing fruits and vegetables.
I’m used to working with nature and simple living.
I’m flexible, organized, and I enjoy contributing in different areas—supporting general projects both indoors and outdoors.
I work well independently, but I also value teamwork, cooperation, and learning from others.

I like to engage in projects that promote connection—with nature, people, and purpose—such as organic farming, local families, permaculture, eco-housing, conservation, cultural exchange, and sustainable living initiatives.

My wish is to eventually live in harmony with nature, practicing sustainability, guided by awareness and meaningful values.

I had a wonderful time with Dragana and her family. They are very kind, humble and easygoing. There were a lot of working to be done. I helped collecting apples, potatoes, tomatoes, walnuts and paprika. Cutting off the raspberry old branches, feeding the animals among others tasks. I also learned how to do Ajvar.
