  Hello my name is Fernando
  I am a former sports animator and restaurant owner... i love party !!
  NOW : today my BELLISSIMO independent job is COACH in NUTRITION... I help people get back fit and healthy!! for beauty I have no solutions ;-)
  
  I partly live in France because my partner Estelle 40 years old is French and we have a 10 year old son Nello together😇
  I speak a little English, Spanish and I speak perfect French ( to be able to litigate with my partner ;-)
  
  The Eco& bio project is to fix the large BELLA family home and make it more self sufficient.... ecological 🤞 bio
  Immersed in nature with a fun bita atmosphere (..cooking classes and pizza party AND also information on healthy nutrition will be offered to you.... )
  The The house is in low mountains APPENINI. 750 m.
  There is a lot of gardening to do and other small nice jobs.
  
  Healthy eating is very important to us here we eat only high quality natural products as much as possible we use supplements, herbal teas, aloe and even protein drinks to avoid the crap of industrial trade ... W the herbs W nature
  
  ALL precautions for hygiene and safety will be applied ...
  
  How to get here:
  From Lucca you need to take a bus or train to Coreglia Antelminelli and I will pick you up at there.

  je m'appelle Fernando je suis un ancien animateur sportif du club med et joueur entreneur de rugby puis ancien propriétaire de 2 restaurants en France PARIS 9eme et Montpellier et j'adore faire à la FESTA !
  Aujourd'hui, mon incroyable travail indépendant est COACH en NUTRITION... J'aide les gens à retrouver la forme et la santé !! pour vous rendre plus BELLI Je n'y peux rien... ah ah ;-)
  
  J'ai un partenaire français de 40 ans et un fils Nello 10ans 😇
  Je parle un peu anglais & espagnol et bien le français... pour pouvoir mieux argumenter avec ma patronne Estelle 😜
  
  Le projet ECO&BIO consiste à aménager la belle maison familiale qui se situe en basse montagne, il y a beaucoup de jardinage à faire et d'autres petits travaux sympas...
  L'idée est alors de la rendre la plus autonome possible avec diverses actions écologiques et biologiques... 🤞
  des cours de cuisine et des soirées pizza ainsi que des informations sur l'alimentation & nutrition saine vous seront proposés...
  La maison est dans les basses montagnes APPENINI. 750 m.

  Une alimentation saine est très importante pour nous ici nous ne mangeons que des produits naturels de haute qualité autant que possible nous utilisons des suppléments alimentaire au erbe, des tisanes, de l'aloès et même des boissons protéinées pour éviter la "merde" du commerce industriel... W les herbes w la nature ! !
  
  Les précautions d'hygiène et de sécurité sont prises tant qu'on les respecte !
  
  Pour aller là où il vaut mieux avoir un moyen de transport même pour son temps libre 😉
  Sinon en train de Lucca à Ghivizzano puis en bus jusqu'à Coreglia Antelminelli apres je viendrai vous chercher en voiture
  
  vous avez une jolie nouveauté pour votre temps libre : stand de tir à l'arc ;-)

  L'ECO&BIO progetto è quello di sistemare la bella casa di famiglia che si trova in bassa montagna c'è molto giardinaggio da fare ed altri piccoli lavoretti simpatici...
  L'idea e' poi di renderla il piu auto-sufficiente possibile con varie azioni ecologiche e biologiche ... 🤞
  corsi di cucina e pizza party ed anche informazioni sulla sana nutrizione vi saranno offerti ... )

  Se vi piace la natura ed i suoi frutti contattatemi ci saranno belle sorprese ed anche del lavoro naturalmente
  L'alimentazione sana è molto importante per noi qui si mangiano solo prodotti di alta qualita naturali il piu possibile facciamo uso di integratori , tisane , aloe ed anche bevande proteiche per evitare le schifezze del commercio industriale ... W le herbe w la natura !!
  
  Le precauzioni d'igiene e sicurezza sono prese basta poi che le rispettiamo !
  
  Per recarsi cui e' meglio avere un mezzo di trasporto anche per il vostro tempo libero 😉
  Altrimenti in treno da Lucca fino a Ghivizzano poi in bus fino a Coreglia Antelminelli dopo vi vengo a prendere in macchina
  avete una bella novita per il tempo libero : stand di tiro con l'arco ;-)

  The main task at the moment is to make the house more self sufficent and ecological sustainable. I need a person or couple who can do a bit of everything, I can also teach some things and want to have fun ;-)
  
  You can help me with following:
  - Help make the property more exological sustainable
  - Vegetal bio Garden
  - cut wood
  - small help with chickens and Fish breeding Harvest fruits and mushrooms
  - Meal preparation
  - help me make wine & jams & cordial and sauces to preserve
  - transport stones from the river for building the garden beds

  Unterkunft

  Large house with 2 bathrooms with bidet shower and WC + lounge & kitchen with very convivial fireplace and independent room with double bed and all comforts :-) outside it is possible to have a tent with all comforts and nature...
  In the garden with barbecue + pizza oven + swimming pool but to be cleaned ;-)
  Meals will be made together with local, high-quality artisanal products and natural herbal teas, aloe vera etc.

  Grande casa con 2 bagni con doccia bidée e WC + salone & cucina con caminetto molto conviviale e stanza indipendente con letto matrimoniale et tutti i conforts :-) in esterno e possibile avere una tenda con tutti i confort e la natura...
  Nel giardino con barbecue + forno a pizza + piscina ma da pulire ;-)
  I pasti si faranno insieme con prodotti artigianali locali e di grande qualita e tisane naturali , aloe vera etc..

  Buongiorno Voglio essere chiaro la connessione non è fantastica con alcune compagnie Ma il mio cellulare fuziona bene con WIND e quindi puo fare hotspot ACCES MOBILE ... ed ora ho fatto mettere una centralina wifi :-) ... Contattami ne parliamo e meglio .. I want to be clear the connection is not very VERY good with some companies but my cell phone works well and therefore can make hotspots ACCES MOBILE ... and I am having a fixed line in the house ... Contact me let's talk about it and better ..
