  Who am I?
  
  My name is Frédéric and I have always loved meeting people from all over the world. I am someone who is easy to get along with and I love learning from others as much as I love passing on my knowledge. I took a 6-month backpacking trip to South America when I was young, which had a big impact on me and opened me up to other cultures.
  
  I have a passion in life: theatre. Since I started acting, my life has changed. I am part of theatre companies, I have written a play, I regularly take training courses (clown, mask, directing, etc.) and when I am not on stage, I am in the audience. I am also a seasoned festival-goer (Avignon, Aurillac and any other type of live street festival). I have just completed professional training as a social intervention clown in events and in healthcare settings and I would be delighted to share my passions with you!
  
  I have also always made music: synthesizer, ngoni (African harp), zamponia (pan flute), singing,...
  
  I like spending time with friends, entertaining at home, going to the cinema, seeing concerts,... And it is with pleasure that I will welcome you to my home!

  Je m'appelle Frédéric et j'ai toujours aimé rencontrer des gens du monde entier. Je suis quelqu'un qui a le contact facile et j'aime apprendre des autres autant que j'aime transmettre. J'ai fait un voyage de 6 mois en Amérique du Sud en sac à dos dans ma jeunesse qui m'a beaucoup marqué et m'a ouvert à d'autres cultures.
  
  J'ai une passion dans la vie : le théâtre. Depuis que je joue, ma vie a changé. Je fais partie de compagnies de théâtre, j'ai écrit une pièce, je suis régulièrement des formations (clown, masque, mise en scène,...) et quand je ne suis pas sur scène, je suis dans le public. Je suis aussi un festivalier aguerri (Avignon, Aurillac et tout autre type de festivals de rue vivants). Je viens de suivre une formation professionnalisante de clown d'intervention sociale en évènementiel et en milieu de soin et je serais ravi de partager avec vous mes passions !
  
  Je fais aussi de la musique depuis toujours : synthé, ngoni (harpe africaine), zamponia (flûte de pan), chant,...
  
  J'aime passer du temps avec des amis, recevoir à la maison, aller au cinéma, voir des concerts,... Et c'est avec plaisir que je vous accueillerai chez moi !

  My house is located 30 minutes from Pau, 1 hour from the Pyrenees, 1 hour from the Ocean and 1 hour from Spain.
  
  There are buses that serve Pau and the surrounding area. I live in a pretty little dynamic Béarnese village, with a great cultural offer (cinema, theater, various and varied workshops, market, ...). There are many possible hikes near the house, through the Jurançon vineyards, and the forests, with some places that offer a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.
  
  I have a swincar (electric all-terrain quadricycle) with which I would be delighted to show you the surroundings. At home, there is a room dedicated to music with many instruments: upright piano, keyboard, drums, accordion, ngoni, pan flute, harmonica, ... With a very good sound system: large speakers, microphones, mixing desk, looper, ...
  
  Ma maison est située à 30min de Pau, 1h des Pyrénées, 1h de l'Océan et 1h de l'Espagne. Il y a des bus qui desservent Pau et les environs.
  
  J'habite dans un joli petit village béarnais dynamique, avec une belle offre culturelle (cinéma, théâtre, ateliers divers et variés, marché,...). Il y a de nombreuses randonnées possible proche de la maison, à travers les vignobles jurançonnais, et les forêts, avec certains endroits qui offrent un magnifique point de vue sur les Pyrénées.
  
  J'ai un swincar (quadricycle tout terrain électrique) avec lequel je serais ravi de vous faire découvrir les alentours.
  
  A la maison, il y a une salle dédiée à la musique avec beaucoup d'instruments : piano droit, clavier, batterie, accordéon, ngoni, flûte de pan, harmonica,... Avec un très bon système son : grandes enceintes, micros, table de mixage, looper,...

  Arbeit

  The help requested mainly concerns small garden tasks : gardening, storing wood, helping to create a small vegetable garden, setting up the garden shed, mowing, etc. As I am no longer young, your help could bring me a lot. I would never ask for more than 2 hours of help per day and the rest of the time you can do whatever you like!
  
  L'aide demandée concerne essentiellement le petit entretien du jardin : jardinage, rangement du bois, aide à la création d'un petit potager, aménagement de l'abris jardin, tonte,...
  
  N'étant plus tout jeune, votre aide pourrait m'apporter beaucoup.
  
  Je ne demanderais jamais plus de 2h de travail par jour et tout le reste du temps vous pourrez faire tout ce qu'il vous plait !

  The house is located in the countryside, close to the village (accessible on foot, 5min), in a quiet area with a view of the Pyrenees. It is an atypical, comfortable house with 3 bedrooms available to accommodate you and a garden of 1,600 m2. You will have a private room.
  
  La maison se situe dans la campagne, proche du village (accessible à pieds, 5min), dans un quartier calme avec vue sur les Pyrénées.
  
  C'est une maison atypique, confortable avec 3 chambres disponibles pour vous accueillir et un jardin de 1 600 m2.
