Hello,
My name is Alexandre from France, i am living in a small village in the north of Portugal since 5 years, i rebuilt the roof of an old stone house and i am now working on making an orchard with vegetable garden and a dry toilet, i don't have a farm.

I’m searching for people to help me mainly in the garden. Filling the trenches with logs, leaves, grass, and straw to prepare new permaculture fields.
Collecting manure, ferns, wood, and straw at the horse farm nearby with the wheelbarrow.
Weeding the greenhouse and seeding new plants, make tomato sticks.

The room has a sofa bed that is very comfortable and a bathroom with a hot shower and sink.
The kitchen is common,
I provide 3 meals per day, in exchange for 5 hours of work for 5 days per week.
Alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed in the room.

During your free time (2 days in a row), you can visit the sea , surf in Ancora Beach, go to the hot spring water, bike the Ecovia alongside the Minho River, visit Porto, visit Galicia, go to the nearby climbing spot, visit Vigo, i sometimes share time with the volunteers as they need a car to travel around.
