  4 bedroom home. Ample parking. I will pickup from your location if you have no transport within reason. PRIVATE bedroom with PRIVATE bathroom with door locks. Shared kitchen, food staples provided, you would cook your own meals. 2-4 piece bathroom house so you would have a private bathroom and have the home when I am away. Example, Will give list of chores per day (around 4 to 5 hours) then your free to explore. I return few days later. Wifi unlimited. Laundry. Small fishing boat for the bay.
