  Beschreibung

  My name is Lior, my wife is Jenny. We bought this amazing land and we are trying to get it green again. I am an environmental engineer working for the EPA of Nevada.

  * We are looking for help with replanting trees in this high desert, before the gold rush this area used to have a forest that was cut down for gold mining, our dream is to see this forest regrowing in a sustainable way
  * We have two young kids, so if you are not allowed or not comfortable around kids, please don't send a request.
  * We need independent people. We are busy with our professional lives and family and don't have too much time to play as we wish. You will get your personal space, some quality time with us, and a list of projects we wish to get done. We want to trust you to complete what you said you could do. We can't babysit you (I know it is weird of me saying it, but we've seen it all :) ). You need to be able to feed yourself, wake up yourself, clean after yourself, and take care of your personal hygiene. We are not your parents (like I said, we have seen it all :) ).
  * If you are traveling without a vehicle, please let us know, and we will see if we can make it work.
  
  You will stay in a private tiny house and have a good internet connection. So far, everyone has been happy with the accommodations.

  We will provide you with a beautiful tiny house (or a tent outside if you prefer), a warm shower, laundry machine, information and maps of the area, and drink the best freshwater you ever tasted in your life! (This is my profession). Of course free wifi (only for legal uses :)).

  Arbeit

  We have a great house and lots of land! About 200 years ago this area used to be a forest, unfortunately, because of a clear-cut, the forest is gone. Now we try to bring it back!
  We will host you for the night in exchange for a few hours of help (We can decide together, how much and which kind, but mostly gardening- FUN :))
  Help needed:
  * Outdoor and yard help.
  * Indoor help around the house (orginze the house when the kids are at school).
  * Community work.
  It is the best for travelers and backpackers who don't want to spend money on a hotel but want to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe :)
  
  Please, No Drugs, No Alcohol, and No weapons are allowed on your property. We have two young kids and a dog, so if you are not allowed or not comfortable around kids or dogs, please don't send a request.
  We love dogs, but we need to know the kind and size and then we can decide.

  Unterkunft

  * The tiny house we have built , or a tent outside, up to you :)
  * We can't provide meals for you. We are always busy with our jobs and kids, making it challenging to ensure you get a meal on time. If we prepare a substantial dinner for ourselves, we'll invite you to join. However, we can't offer three meals a day and a tea break at 4.

  We live only 20 minutes drive to Lake Tahoe, or a day hike (it is up and the mountains). Amazing outdoor activities, mountain biking, ski, hiking, hot springs! and more :)
