  🌱 Hostal – Regenerative tourism and sustainable living in the heart of Cauca
  
  the Hostal is the dream of a Colombian family who decided to create a place where people can reconnect with the earth, with other cultures, and with their own essence.
  
  Since 2019, we have been lovingly working on Finca Las Margaritas, located just 20 minutes from Popayán. This natural environment, which was traditionally dedicated to cattle ranching, is now being transformed into a living space for regeneration, learning, and connection.
  
  Our hostel functions as a small ecosystem where we practice permaculture, bioconstruction, syntropic agriculture, and renewable energies, while also integrating experiences of well-being, ecopsychology, biodanza, and deep connection with nature.
  
  We deeply believe that travel can be a way to care for the planet. Every activity we offer is designed to inspire people to live with more awareness, simplicity, and respect for the natural cycles of life.
  
  the Hostal is not just accommodation — it’s a laboratory of regenerative living. We grow part of our own food, build with bamboo and natural materials, and organize educational workshops, ecological walks, and community gatherings in alliance with Movimiento Vital, a project focused on well-being, ecopsychology, and reconnection with nature.
  
  Our dream is that everyone who comes here — guest, volunteer, or visitor — takes away more than just an experience: a new way of inhabiting the world. 🌍💚

  🌱 Hostal – Turismo regenerativo y vida sostenible en el corazón del Cauca
  
  es el sueño de una familia colombiana que decidió crear un lugar donde las personas puedan reconectar con la tierra, con otras culturas y con su propia esencia.
  
  Desde el año 2019 venimos trabajando con amor en la Finca Las Margaritas, ubicada a solo 20 minutos de Popayán. Este entorno natural, que tradicionalmente se dedicaba a la ganadería, hoy se transforma en un espacio vivo de regeneración, aprendizaje y encuentro.
  
  Nuestro hostal funciona como un pequeño ecosistema donde practicamos permacultura, bioconstrucción, agricultura sintrópica y energías renovables, integrando también experiencias de bienestar, ecopsicología, biodanza y conexión con la naturaleza.
  
  Creemos profundamente que viajar puede ser una forma de cuidar el planeta. Por eso, cada actividad que realizamos busca inspirar a las personas a vivir con más conciencia, sencillez y respeto por los ciclos naturales.
  
  Hostal no es solo un hospedaje: es un laboratorio de vida regenerativa. Cultivamos parte de nuestros alimentos, construimos con bambú y materiales naturales, y organizamos talleres educativos, caminatas ecológicas y espacios de encuentro con proyectos aliados como Movimiento Vital, una iniciativa dedicada al bienestar, la ecopsicología y la reconexión con la naturaleza.
  
  Nuestro sueño es que cada persona que llegue aquí —huésped, voluntario o visitante— se lleve algo más que una experiencia: una nueva forma de habitar el mundo. 🌍💚

  🛠️ Bio-construction and ecological maintenance
  Support in the construction of spaces with bamboo, mud, wood and other natural materials. General maintenance of the hostel with a sustainable approach.
  
  🌱 Orchard and permaculture
  Sowing, harvesting and care of agro-ecological and syntropic crops. Compost preparation, seed management and garden design.
  
  🍳 Conscious and healthy cooking
  Help in preparing food with local ingredients, support in regenerative cooking workshops and participation in community cooking activities.
  
  🛏️ Guest care and hospitality
  Reception, support with check-in, room cleaning, accompanying travellers and promoting responsible tourism.
  
  🌿 Wellness
  Collaboration in Biodanza sessions, yoga, forest baths, art therapy, and other body-mind-nature connection activities (if they have experience or interest).
  
  📸 Communication, photography and social media
  Creation of content for networks, photography of experiences, videos, graphic design, and support in visibility strategies for the project.

  Mural painting, design of ecological signage, decoration with recycled materials and natural art.

  Apoyo en la construcción de espacios con bambú, madera y otros materiales naturales. Mantenimiento general del hostal con enfoque sustentable.
  
  🌱 Huerta y permacultura
  Siembra, cosecha y cuidado de cultivos agroecológicos y sintrópicos. Preparación de compost, manejo de semillas y diseño de huertos.
  
  🍳 Cocina consciente y saludable
  Ayuda en la preparación de alimentos con ingredientes locales, apoyo en talleres de cocina regenerativa y participación en actividades culinarias comunitarias.

  You can discover many interesting places, if you are a nature lover you can visit the national park purace where you can visit volcanoes, hot springs, giant mountains and the most beautiful thing is that you can be a few meters from a couple of condors that inhabit this place. Popayan known as the white city, is a colonial city full of conquest history and is located 30 minutes from the hostel
  
  Podrás descubrir mucho lugares interesantes, si eres amante de la naturaleza puedes visitar el parque nacional purace donde puedes visitar volcanes, termales, gigantes montañas y lo mas lindo es que puedes estar a pocos metros de una pareja de condores que habitan este lugar.
  
  Popayan conocida como la ciudad blanca, es una ciudad colonial llena de historia de la conquista y esta ubicada a 30 minutos del hostal
