  I'm looking for one helper :)
  
  Hello, I'm Davide
  I'm 42, I have 3 children (2009,2011,2015)
  I live mainly alone and only sometimes (at weekends) I live with my children.
  
  I'm divorced. So now I'm rebuilding my happy life! :)
  I bought a new house with garden in the countryside in Castelspina (province of Alessandria, Piemonte)
  It needs a lot of care. I'm creative and craft and I'm going to do a lot of activities around the house :)
  I hosted about 30 workawayers in our family before the divorce so I'm experienced with workaway + I lived in a variety of ecovillages and communities. Please check my feedbacks here in workaway :)
  
  I'm a craftman and I lived ina variety of Permaculture and Ecovillages experiences so I can shere with you my knowledge and many skills about how to fix a house with natural materials, woodworking, painting, refurbish, reuse, recycle and upgrading, and so on.
  I will be happy to listen to your ideas and to find maybe new ways how to do things. I would be happy if you could share you creativity and skills with me and with my new life project.
  I play drums and a bit of guitar, music can be a glue and a pleasure during our days. We can also make the fire outdoor at night sometimes.
  Furthermore I'm a Nonviolent Communication teacher and that's also another skill that I use and that I can share with you :)
  
  I speak italian, English and Spanish.
  
  I need help to fix pieces of the new house, to clean old rooms and stuff and to care the garden.
  
  Cooking is a shared task, it means that we both will Cook as part of the same family for some days or weeks, I'm not very passionale about cooking and I don't cook all the meals for the helper because I want a mutual sharing of daily life and of daily basic house holding tasks.
  Thry are not included in helping time: cooking, wash the dishes, clean the bathroom if need ed and so on... For me they are shared daily life tasks, do you agree?
  I'm also very busy. I prefer that we take our personal agreements about food and cooking day by day.
  I try to buy organic food even if it's not always easy for me and my diet is mainly vegetarian but not strict.
  
  I live in the countryside, 20 km far from Alessandria town.
  There are some busses from Castelspina to Alessandria town.
  If you're looking for a city life, this offer is not for you :)
  I'm not the person that will drive you to the restaurants and to the mall every weekend. :)
  I prefer to stay in nature and to have a walk or to read a book, ecc.
  I'm a pretty simple person, mainly out of the consumistic and mainstream way of life.
  I'm more like a "hippie style" or a self crafting countryside man.
  
  You'll be hosted in a private bedroom, the house is in repairing mode so you need to be a bit flexible with the quality of the accomodation. We have 1 bathroom at the ground floor. I'm builind a compost toilet too.
  I have a courtyard and a garden, at all it's about 450 squared meters.
  
  Sometimes I will go away for job or to visit my children and it could be that you will stay at home alone for some days,
  it depends on my calendar. You can also come with your van if you have one and we can agree about a space where to park it.
  
  No drugs into the property.
  I prefer No Smokers people :)
  I drink alcool very rarely, maybe at some meals and some parties :)
  
  Minimum stay for 2 weeks or stay for a longer period.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  I can share with you italian language, my Nonviolent Communication skills, permaculture knowledge, many fixing and building and refurbishing skills. I can teach you some basics about drums (African djembè), about cold bath Wim Hof method and breathing awareness exercises. I don't have so much time to spend going around for sightseeing or for turism. You are free to travel in your free time :)

  Our target will be to create a new paradise in this abandoned place.
  
  Sometimes we will work together, sometimes I will give you task to do by yourself.
  I like to organize our schedule according to the preferences of both of us :)
  
  I can share with you my knowledge and skills and also I Like to teach italian language.

  Unterkunft

  I can give you a private room.
  Now the house is to fix so the rooms need to be fixed too. I think we can find a good solution together. During summer you can also stay in your tent if you prefer. You can come with your van if you have one.
  
  Meals are cooked by us. I'm not so fixed in making 3 meals a day, sometimes I skip or I eat fruits along the day. This is to say pleaase not to take offence if I will not be focus ed on 3 meals every day. We can cook together sometimes and You can have always regular meals if you want, or you can eat along the day as you wish. I think we can arrange it very well according to our preferences :) I usually try to eat organic and quite simple food, I'm omnivorous and I eat mainly vegetarian but not strict. Meat and fish are rare in my diet

  City is around 15/20 km far from home
  
  Bus stop is 10 minutes walking far from home. Bus takes 30 minutes to go to the city.
