Vom Host für Workawayer (Isaiah)
We had the pleasure of hosting as a Workaway at the Resort during our busy season from July through October, and we can't recommend him highly enough! From day one, he jumped right in with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. He was reliable, hardworking, and brought great energy to the team.

He also played a big role in running our tavern, helping with both breakfast and dinner shifts. Whether he was cooking or serving, he was always professional, courteous, and made our guests feel right at home.
On top of that, he was a great team player. He got along well with everyone, contributed to the laid-back yet efficient atmosphere we strive for, and handled busy moments with calm and grace. Outside of work, he made the most of his time in Glacier National Park, and it's been awesome to see how much he appreciated and enjoyed the area.
If you’re considering having him join your team or project, do it! He’s dependable, respectful, and an all-around great person to have around. We’d welcome him back anytime!

Really enjoyed my time volunteering at this glamping resort. I arrived in July and stayed through October to finish out the season. There are plenty of hours here if that’s what you are looking for. The biggest and most consistent task is cleaning the guest accommodations every morning after checkout. Cabins, Skdomes, and really cool Geodomes. I

In our free time we would go into Glacier National Park and hike trails or swim in the countless blue lakes and rivers. Glacier is hands down one of the best National Parks in the US. My favorite area was Many Glacier and driving the Sun Road. Also, Stanton lake is very beautiful and can be accessed from the property and is only a 45 minute hike! The closest towns were Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and a bit further to Kalispell. I didn’t get to spend much time at Flathead Lake but that is another popular attraction. This was my first time in Montana and I really enjoyed it. However, I would recommend having your own transportation as the Glamping resort is a good 20 minute drive from civilization. Overall, this is a peaceful, nature-oriented workaway.

I had an amazing stay here and it feels like home.
It was easy to communicate with Jenny and she accommodated my last minute changes to my travel times due to some personal emergency.
I stayed over three weeks and even though I have no car to explore around, there are a lot of interesting places around the area ( e.g Stanton Lake, Middle Fork
… read more River, Skiumah Lake Trail, Garry Outlook Trail to name a few) that only locals go to and almost zero crowd. The West Glacier Park is about 30 mins away from the place while the East Glacier Park is about less than an hour hence makes this spot the perfect location to explore Montana. Every night the stars and the sky were stunningly beautiful. If you want to explore the nearby trails, you can borrow a bear spray from them.
Darrell, the manager of the resort, is a super nice guy. He picked me up from the airport and dropped me off the Essex Amtrak Station. He also made sure we are all fed every day. Donna on the other hand, is very sweet and made sure we are all comfortable during our entire stay.
As for the chores, you get to choose your tasks ( e.g housekeeping , laundry , bar or kitchen), just be proactive on how you can help out and make sure everything is done as you work as a team with other workwayers.
Again, thank you so much for hosting me and I enjoyed every bit of it.Vom Host für Workawayer (Lukus)

This glamping is located in a great location near lake Stanton, where I loved hiking to regularly. I made close connections which I am grateful for during my stay. Stayed for an entire year at the Montana place, been through hot season with customers check in/out everyday and cold winter when there will be 3 feet of snow just overnight, this place is like a second home for me. I got lucky that got my first and only workaway experience here (since I'm settling down), everything is so sweet around here.
… read more Lifestyle around here is vibrant, people can go hiking/fishing after work or even before work if that person is an early bird, the Stanton lake trail is right behind the property and an ideal choice for beginners of hiking (not knowing so much about fishing since I don't eat fish lol, but for sure you can do some fishing in the lake, just remember to get the fishing license). The major town of this county, Kalispell is around 2 hours of drive, plus Columbia Falls and a lot of interesting towns along the highway. West entrance of GNP is only 15 miles/mins away (speed limit is 65).
People around here are also really nice, Devon and Jenny are more like friend than the employer giving support to everyone. The baseball fan of Rangers (or any other teams) in MLB, gonna have a great time during the world series. Donna is the most sweet lady I ever meet, every time she's here will make this place fells like home. If you are a dog person, the family got three good puppies can play together with.
At all, I'm grateful to this enjoyable venture in the Montana hills and will encourage everyone to apply for it!Du kannst nur Workawayer mit aktiver Mitgliedschaft kontaktieren.

Staying at GGG was amazing for me personally. I will note that I left pretty suddenly for my own personal reasons, but any and all requests/issues I had while I was there, Jenny and Devon were incredibly quick to respond to. If I would be welcomed back in the future, I would love to come.
