  Casa Matriz is my home. It's also a space for people seeking well-being (yoga, massages, nutrition, women's circle), and a cultural and family gathering place with concerts, circus workshops, seasonal rituals, and micro-theater to share with friends and family. Casa Matriz is like having chickens and a vegetable garden; it's like being in the countryside, but close to a rural urban center. Casa Matriz is my dream of having a big house with a garden, to host many projects and many people. It's a place in constant evolution. Seren (6 years old) and Jenny (36) live here. My partner Gus (42) and his family visit us quite often. Seren goes to school in this town, and I work in the area, and I spend a lot of time at home, making this dream come true. I'm a yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic therapist, and I run a children's education and entertainment business. I'm a wannabe farmer. I love having people over, which is why I wanted a big house. I love cooking and caring. I'm quite independent and autonomous, although I love working in a team; it motivates me. Seren is my little one, a charming explorer with a lot of character. He makes you laugh and reflect. And he loves his home. La Zorrilla is a small village that has changed many times throughout its history. It's a tiny corner full of plants, colorful houses, and lots of charm. It was the main village, but because it was separated by a river, which is now dry, it began to depopulate, forming the other, larger village that is now the main town. Later, a group of families arrived who rebuilt the abandoned houses and repopulated La Zorrilla with life (both human and plant life). Later, several European foreigners saw an investment opportunity to have their second home in this beautiful town. It's a very special place, peaceful, close, near the sea and the mountains, where you can go to your own home or connect with your neighbours. A place that inspires harmony.

  Casa Matriz es tener gallinas y huerto, es estar en el campo, pero cerca de un núcleo urbano rural.
  Casa Matriz es mi sueño de tener una casa grande con jardín, para albergar muchos proyectos y muchas personas. Es un lugar en constante re- evolución.
  
  Aquí vivimos Seren (6años) y yo Jenny (36). Nos viene a visitar mi pareja Gus(42) y su familia bastante a menudo. Seren va a la escuela en este pueblo y yo trabajo por la zona, y paso bastante tiempo en casa, materializando este sueño.
  Yo soy profe de yoga, terapeuta ayurveda, tengo una empresa de educación y animación infantil, soy un intento de campesina. Me encanta recibir gente en casa, por eso quería una casa grande, me encanta cocinar y cuidar. Soy bastante independiente y autónoma, aun que me encanta trabajar en equipo, me motiva.
  Seren es mi peque y es un explorador encantador con mucho carácter. Te hace reír y reflexionar. Y ama su casa.
  
  La Zorrilla es una pequeña aldea que ha cambiado muchas veces a lo largo de su historia, es un rincón pequeñito lleno de plantas, casitas de colores y mucho encanto. Era la aldea principal, que al estar separada por un río, que actualmente está seco, empezó a despoblarse formado el otro pueblo de mayor tamaño que ahora es la población principal. Llegaron más tarde un grupo de familias que reconstruyo las casas abandonadas y repobló con vida (humana y plantas) la Zorrilla y más adelante varios extranjeros europeos, que vieron una oportunidad de inversión para tener su segunda residencia en esta hermosa localidad.
  
  Es un lugar muy especial, tranquilo, cercano, cerca del mar y de la montaña. donde puedes ir a la tuya o conectar con los vecinos. Un lugar que regala armonía.

  Here we can speak Spanish, practice yoga, participate in cultural events held at home, and, if desired, in any plans we have. We often go hiking, dancing, and climbing. There's usually a lot of music, although I don't play any of it. And I'm sure I'll learn a lot about a different way of seeing and doing things.

  Participar en los eventos culturales que se dan en casa, y si se desea en los planes que tengamos. Solemos ir a caminar, a bailar, a escalar. Suele haber bastante música, aun que yo no toco nada. Y seguro que yo aprendo mucho de otra forma de ver y hacer las cosas.

  Arbeit

  The house is very large, and there's always something to do. I'm making progress, but there are many things I don't know how to do, and sometimes I can't manage everything. Gardening, pruning, sustainable methods, recycling, decorating, general home tasks. Tasks are done as a team, unless I have no idea and approach you to learn. The idea is to work on larger projects together so that I can maintain them later.

  La casa es muy grande y siempre hay cosas que hacer, yo voy avanzando, pero hay muchas cosas que no sé hacer y a veces no llego a todo. Huerto, poda, métodos sostenibles, reciclaje, decoración, mejoras en el hogar en general.Las tareas se hacen en equipo, a menos que yo no tenga idea, y me acerque a ti para aprender.

  Unterkunft

  A room with a double bed and a private bathroom. Due to scheduling, I prefer to prepare the middle meal for the workawayers and leave breakfast and dinner up to them. Food will be available for you to cook however you like, always setting respectful limits for them and my family. Due to the different rhythms with the little one, I prepare the midday meal, breakfast, and dinner. There will be a variety of options so they can prepare it to their liking, setting respectful limits for everyone.
