About us
We are a new team based in Hakuba, Japan and running a Kids Camping Project In the winter, Our main customers are Ski/Snowboard beginners, most of them children. In addition to teaching how to ski or snowboard, we also take the children to the forest to explore the secrets of nature. In the summer, we are trying to promote organic and eco-friendly lifestyle to more people. We cooperate with the famous organic farm called Permaculture in Japan and take children to explore the balance between human survival and natural mother.

Landing Curiosity with us
Curiosity, Mars Rover named by kids , holds the children's questions about the world to do adventures on Mars.
We not only help children maintain their curiosity, it also help us to recall the curiosity we have lost.

Based in Hakuba, Japan
We are based in Hakuba located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Hakuba ia an internatinally renowned ski resort town in the northern Japan Alps. As the surrounding valley has an annual snow fall of over 11 meters, it is the central hub for 10 ski resorts with more than 200 runs. The village was the main event venue for 1998 Winter Olympics.

Teaching Director 1 person （pay job）
Job's duty:
1. Develop teaching plans and methods for children's skiing/snowboarding.
2. Guidance and training of the crew.
3. Managing human resource and making shifts.
4. Experience in camping and nature education

A CASI or NZSKIA Ski/Snowboard instructor certificate, including Children's specialist, and a long-term Japanese working visa are necessary.

Ski/Snowboard Instructor Several person （pay Job）
Job's duty:
1. Teaching guests how to ski or snowboarding.
2. General maintenance job. (guest pick-up, etc.)
3. An international driver's license.

A CASI or NZSKIA Ski/Snowboard instructor certificate, including Children's specialist, and a long-term Japanese working visa are necessary.

We will offerTeaching Director/ Ski/Snowboard Instructor more than minimal payment in Japan. It depends on how many guests we have. In peak season, you might need work every day.
