We are a family of 6. We have 4 kids aged between 6 and 8 and we are running a homeschooling project.
Up to now we have been hosting au pairs asEnglish teachers but now we realized that kids need a teacher expert in teaching English to foreign pupils.
You will have a wide range of materials to teach and lot of space indoor and outdoor to express your personal way of teaching.
We are non smoking family for asma problems so we cannot host smokers.

Our house is just a short bus ride from the Lake of Como and Switzerland. You may practice all kinds of outdoors sports like hiking, sailing and biking. Or you may just sunbathing by the lake or in one of the public swimming pools in the area.
Como is a very popular city among the International Jet sets so you may join many events related to fashion and music. You may meet many Hollywood actors/actresses and singers just walking in the villages by the lake!
You may have dinner in nice restaurants by the lake or just join the village festivals and try genuine local food.
You will have the possibility to meet people from all over the world, attending language courses or cooking courses.
Milano is very close to us (45 minute by train) and if you need we can drive you there almost every morning.
In the free time I will be very happy to help you in organizing trips, suggesting places to visit or simply have a chat in the garden.

Arbeit
Are you a TEFL certified teacher? Do you love teaching AND travelling? Do you love kids but you need your space and privacy and not to live under the same roof of a family?
We are running a home schooling project for our kids and we are looking for a qualified teacher who can offer English Lessons.
We ask you for 15 hours teaching a week + 2 hours breathing with me about progress/ program of the week / stuff needed (i.e. books, colours, modeling clay etc) in exchange of accomodation.
We encourage outdoors teaching and different methods of teaching are always welcome (i.e. singing, having walk, playing dramas, puppets etc)

Unterkunft
We can host you in a self contained room: private entrance with a security door, full equipped en suite bathroom (WC, shower, basin and bidet) , mosquito net, single bed, wardrobe, desk and an outside private space with table and chairs. Kettle, hair dryer, fridge, toaster and a welcome bag with tea, coffee and toilette set are provided.
Bed sheets and linen will be furnished and changed weekly.
We will provide you with meal vouchers you may use to buy food in the supermarkets, bar, cafeteria, restaurants in Como area and all Italy since the room is not equipped with a kitchen.
We can offer a private car park for a small car and a place for your bike.
Illimited wifi present in the room.

We guarantee you a warm hospitality and we will be happy to share our free time with you if you wish so.
We like to go hiking on the Alps and visiting new places.
Italy is full of things to see and discover and we will be more than happy to share the experience with you.
We are not offering an au pair experience so you will share your free time with us only if you wish to.
