  We run a cozy, laid-back pousada right on one of Brazil’s best kitesurfing spots. Think steady winds pretty much every day, warm water, sunshine, and a huge flatwater lagoon just a few steps from your room — you can literally get out of bed and go kiting.
  
  This place is perfect for everyone: total beginners, freestyle lovers, or anyone chasing big airs. And if you feel like mixing it up, the ocean waves are just a short walk away, or you can join us on downwinders along the coast. Our kite school is right here on the spot, so everything is super easy and relaxed. So even if you are not kiting until now, it's a great spot to get into ktiing.
  
  Off the water, life is just as good. We hang out at our restaurant and bar with a view over the lagoon, grab an açaí or a caipi, play some pool or foosball, cool off in the pool, and just enjoy the vibe. For us, this isn’t just a hotel, it’s a small community full of good energy, open people, and a shared love for the ocean.
  
  Currently we are looking for a Content Creator to help us to with our social meadia apperance in the next season (below we have more details about the tasks).

  Volunteers will experience the life of a kite community which consists of locals, expats and tourists from all over the world. Living in Ilha provides a great opportunity for you to learn or improve your language skills and experience the kite vibe :)

  Arbeit

  We are looking for someone to run our Social Media and act as a Content Creater. This includes:
  • Instagram Reels
  • Pictures for Instagram and our Homepage
  • A small promotional video, perhaps with some guest interviews or presenting our staff – be creative 😊
  • In general create content for the upcoming season, so we can post 2x per week either a post, story, reel, also when you left
  • Making some Google Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Getting in contact with some Argentinian and US kitesurf travel companies to connect and introduce our services
  
  We would love to host you from July to September :)

  Unterkunft

  We offer you a shared room (2 people) in our staff house which is just across the street, so you are directly at the kite spot :)
  
  The rooms are equipped with beds, a ventilator and a shelf. You either just share the bathroom with your room mate or with an other room, so max. 4 people. There is no kitchen but you also receive a discount in our restaurant and there are options to eat outside around.

  Was noch ...

  In your time off you can enjoy our beautiful kite spot (learn or improve to kite), improve your language skills, discover the village live. It is also possible to discover more kite spots around while a downwinder or a day trip.
  
  There are bussed from Fortaleza going to Itarema which is the nearest city, so that you don't need to get an expensive transfer.
