Hello, I'm Renato, 52 years old, Brazilian. Lover of nature, I work with projects and implementation of structures for natural and adventure parks and I teach courses on working at heights and reducing environmental impact.
I am currently dedicated to building this small space with the aim of making it sustainable with movements focused on art, culture, sports and the environment. There is still a lot to go along this path and I count on the positive participation of volunteer travelers for this project to get underway.
The space is at the top of the hill, on a street with residences and a school. It has a pleasant breeze, the climate is cooler and more humid than São Paulo. we have a piece of distant green horizon to contemplate the direction of the setting sun. We see and hear the plane traffic to CG cumbica and the birds in formation at the beginning and end of the day. The structures that are under construction were designed using impact reduction, permaculture and bioconstruction techniques. Most of the materials were collected in the "trash" construction dump and others are reforested and reused.
Today I live with two frogs, some fish, crickets, larks... I receive visits from family, friends, birds, prawns... Sometimes my grandson spends a few days here and the movement changes focus, objectives and speed to enter the his... The space has work in progress everywhere and is an organized mess. I intend to soon teach small courses here and start reaching out to volunteer travelers and perhaps tourists.
Ola, eu sou Renato, 52 anos, brasileiro. Amante da natureza, trabalho com projetos e implantaçõesde de estruturas para parques naturais e de aventura e dou cursos para trabalhos em altura e redução de impacto ambiental .
Atualamente me dedico para a construção deste pequeno espaço com o objetivo de torna-lo sustentavel com movimentos voltados para a arte, cultura, esportes e meio ambiente. Ainda ha muito para percorrer neste caminho e conto com a a participação positiva de viajantes voluntarios para este projeto entrar em horbita.
O espaço é no alto do morro, em uma rua com residencias e escola. Tem uma brisa agradavel, o clima é mais fresco e umido do que São Paulo. temos um pedaço de horizonte distante verde e para contemplar rumo do sol poente. Vemos e ouvimos o trafico de avioes para CG cumbica e da aves em formaçao no inicio e final do dia. As estruturas que estão em construção foram projetadas com o tecicas de de redução de impacto, permacultura e bio construção. Grande parte dos materiais foram coletados no "lixo" caçamba de obras e outros são reflorestamento e reuso.
Hoje moro com dois sapos, alguns peixes, grilos, largatichas... recebo a visita de familiares, amigos, aves, sarue e meu netinho que passa uns dias aqui. Nestes dias o movimento muda de foco, objetivo e velocidade para entrar no mundo e ritimo dele!... O espaço esta com obra em andamento para todos os lados e tem uma bagunça organizada. Pretendo em breve ministrar pequenos cursos aqui e começar a os viajantes voluntarios e talvez turistas.

Accommodation for travelers is in a small suite with an exclusive bathroom that is located outside the main house. The house is very small and handmade with wood. I don't have a washing machine. But if necessary, we can hire the services of a neighbor. The mess on the land and in the house is still large with construction items and tools. The working period is a maximum of 5 hours per day. and can vary depending on the weather, money and other priorities that arise. The meals are simple, homemade and I or we, who will prepare them ourselves, sometimes leave frozen preparations to make everyday life easier. In the village there are small places to eat at reasonable prices.
The house is located 30 km from the city of Mogi das Cruzes SP in the district of Taiaçupeba, approximately two and a half hours by bus and train to get to São Paulo. The village is small, close to the head of the Serra do Mar, everything is simple with few shops, practically no nighttime activity.
A acomodação para os viajantes é em uma pequena suite com banheiro exclusivo que fica fora da casa principal. A casa é bem pequena e feita a mão com madeira. Não tenho máquina de lavar roupas, microondas, ventilador nem sofas ou mesa confortavel para as refeições. A atualmente esta uma bagunça e o terreno em construção com coisas de obras e ferramentas... O período de trabalho e de no máximo 5 horas diárias. e pode variar em acordo com o clima, dinheiro e outras prioridades que surjam no caminho As refeições são simples, caseiras e eu ou nós mesmos que iremos preparar, às vezes deixo o alimento preparados e congelados para facilitar o dia a dia. EU PREFIRO NÂO ME PREOCUPAR COM A SUA REFEIÇÂO vamos compartilhar a cozinha e geladeira e na vila ha pequenos ambientes que servem refeições com preços razoáveis.
A casa fica localizada a 30 km da cidade de Mogi das Cruzes SP no distrito de Taiaçupeba aproximadamente duas horas e meia de trem mais onibus para chegar em são paulo. A vila é pequena, próximo a cabeceira da serra do mar, tudo simples com poucos comércios, praticamente sem atividade noturna.

The cabin is in the small village of Taiaçupeba, close to the head of the Serra do Mar de São Paulo and more than 30 km from the nearest city. A cabana está próximo a cabeceira da serra do mar de são Paulo e a mais de 30 km da cidade de Mogi das Cruzes. Os principais atrativos turisticos do entorno são, o parque das neblinas a 8km, com rios e mirantes. É possivel caminhar por estradas da região, e ver a nutureza, trechos de florestas, represa.. e se puder alugar um carro podera ir para pesqueiros gastronômicos, fazendas orgânicas e conhecer a famosa vila históricas de Paranapiacaba q esta a 27 km. As veses posso sair junto para uma caminhada no entorno proximo ou até escalar uma rocha.
A cabana esta a 100 km de são paulo, e uns 80km do litoral de Bertioga sp, todos os dias tem onibus de casa para a cidade de mogi das Cruzes, mas são poucas vezes por dia. La de Mogi vc tem saida de trem frequente para São Paulo e poderá seguir para diversas partes do pais e do mundo.
