Hello, I own a plot of land in the Alentejo countryside.
This one-hectare plot of land is located close to a small typical and quite cosmopolitan village.
This land benefits from water and electricity. And the ruin is allowed to be renovated.
I am looking to develop a collaborative project. Landscaping, vegetable garden, cider house...

The grounds benefit from mains water and electricity and there is an outdoor kitchen. You can easily park a camper van or pitch a yurt. The land is sloping but quite a few areas are terraced

This area is very quiet and secluded.
The village is a 15-minute walk away.
The ideal car is a 4x4 or a motorcycle, mountain bike or horse.
There are very nice villages and very good little restaurants in the area.
Beautiful beaches, beautiful walks and riverside swimming.
