  My mom (88 years old) is living with me.

  For accommodation :
  The house is composed of a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, WC, with a beautiful terrace ... I have for accommodation guest a bed room with a large bed.
  Depending on the season, it is possible to pitch the tent. It's simple but comfortable.
  Welcome couple too.
  
  Pour l'hébergement :
  La maison est composée d'une cuisine, d'un grand salon, d'une salle de bain, WC, avec une belle terrasse ... Je dispose pour l'hébergement des voyageurs une chambre avec un grand lit . Selon la saison, il est possible de planter la tente. C'est simple mais confortable.
  Couple bienvenu également.

  52 mn from Nice airport by bus

  In every season the sea water rarely drops below 13 ° at the coldest of the winters,
  the river "the wolf" to cool off the summer is 2.5 km.
  The climate of Provence is never very cold.
  It is still better to have a vehicle because the organization of public transport is not practical.
  
  J'habite au fond d'un vallon calme prés du village de bar sur loup à côté de Grasse dans les Alpes-Maritimes.
  L'aéroport de Nice se trouve à 52 mn
  Vous pourrez profiter de la région avec un véhicule et effectuer de belles randonnées en moyenne montagne profiter de la neige en hivers à 40 mn et de la mer a 25 mn
  En toute saison l'eau de mer descend rarement en dessous de 13° au plus froid de l'hivers,
  la rivière "le loup" pour se rafraîchir l'été est à 2.5 km mais pas plus de 17°
  Le climat de la Provence n'est jamais très froid.
  Il est tout de même préférable d'avoir un véhicule car l'organisation des transports en commun n'est pas pratique. Le premier bus qui descend au bord de mer est à 2 km
  il passe à près du lac ( lieu de vie avec bar banque super marcher restaurant poste tabac pharmacie Doc dentiste labo)....
