Namaste!
We are a cute vegan restaurant with guest house located in Goa the popular costal belt, south west of the Indian subcontinent. We have 6 rooms on our property, a 60 cover restaurant, yoga space also a boutique offering organic food products, organic fair-trade clothing and locally made beautiful gifts and souvenirs.
Almost all of our staff (approximately 20) are from Nepal or the northern Himalayan state of Himachal and Bengal , you will therefore have an opportunity to understand a lot about the beautiful and peace loving Nepali and Himalayan culture too.
We are very passionate about serving delicious cruelty free vegan cuisine and promote a holistic lifestyle.
We are keen on having VEGAN volunteers only, we suggest a minimum duration of two weeks to volunteer with us.

You will learn a lot about Goa (geographically) and the unique Goan culture, which is much different from the rest of India.
As we are a popular award winning vegan restaurant you can learn about our unique plant based cooking,
Arbeit
Volunteers will need to assist in the restaurant area and interact with guests to promote what we offer, we have lots of tourists visiting in the winter.
You can also help with our social media or updating our website if you are more tech savvy.

A nice clean room with single bed will be provided on the premises, room is with shared bathroom.
We have a staff kitchen prepare local and nepali cuisine.

We are open all year. There are several beaches in close proximity also a big music scene during these months, flea markets twice a week and a thriving yoga scene.
Our place attracts vegan travelers and yogis/yogini’s from all around the globe, so if you are vegan, have a passion for yoga and a holistic lifestyle and are an animal lover, you will meet loads of like minded people, alternatively you can choose to just laze around on our hammock or take a dip in the Arabian sea, down the road from us.

My main duties were interacting with guests and providing yoga classes.
I really enjoyed working with the guys, my shifts were 6h a day 6 days a week.
I’ve been provided with very good 2 meals a day and plus private accommodation.
Thank you so much for a nice experience.
