  House in a mountainous area, with approximately 2,000 m of land. South-facing, plenty of sun.
  I have a few chickens that provide me with eggs for my own consumption and a cat.
  The views from the house and surrounding area are spectacular, probably among the best in Europe. Native forest (beech, oak, ash, etc.) and mountains.
  The area is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, climbing peaks, spotting wild animals, studying the flora, or enjoying the forest interior.

  Casa en una zona de montaña, con unos 2000m de terreno. Orientación sur, mucho sol.

  Las vistas desde la casa y alrededores son espectaculares, probablemente de lo mejorcito de Europa. Bosque autóctono (haya, roble, fresno...) y montañas.
  La zona es perfecta para quien disfrute con el senderismo, subiendo a picos , avistando animales salvajes, estudiando la flora o disfrutando del interior del bosque.

  I can teach Spanish and would like to learn to speak Italian, French, or Portuguese. If you play music, you're especially welcome. I'd teach you guitar or percussion, or you teach me, depending on your level. I like playing music with people. I'd help you get around the area with my car, keeping us organized, on your days off. There would be days when I wouldn't be home; you'd have to help me by feeding my cat and chickens. I've worked for years as a volunteer in Spain and England; I think I know what it takes to be happy. I like being alone. I like company.

  I need help maintaining a vegetable garden for personal consumption.
  Mowing by hand (with a sickle, hoe or scythe) part of the land where I want to expand the garden.
  Working the soil.
  Watering.
  Caring for and feeding my cat and chickens when I spend a few days working away from home.
  These are simple tasks.
  I need someone with some experience in gardening, who enjoys working outdoors and, very importantly, loves animals.
  Help me collect firewood from the surrounding woods (from fallen branches, I don't cut down trees) and bring it home (with a wheelbarrow). I'll cut it, you'll help me carry it.
  If the weather does not allow for outdoor work, I would need help painting the walls of a room.
  The person would choose the tasks they prefer: firewood, gardening or painting.
  Three hours of work per day in exchange for a room and board.

  Necesito ayuda en el mantenimiento de una huerta para autoconsumo.
  Segar a mano (con hoz , azada o guadaña) parte del terreno en el que quiero ampliar la huerta.
  Trabajar la tierra.
  Regar.
  Cuidar y alimentar a mi gato y a las gallinas cuando pase algunos días trabajando fuera de casa.
  Se trata de tareas sencillas.
  Necesito una persona con algo de experiencia en la huerta, a la que le guste el trabajo al aire libre y, muy importante, amante de los animales.
  Ayudarme a coger leña de los bosques de alrededor (de ramas caídas, no corto árboles) y llevarla a casa (con carretilla). Yo la corto, tú me ayudarías a llevarla.
  Si el tiempo no permite tareas en el exterior, necesitaría ayuda pintando las paredes de una habitación.
  La persona escogería las tareas que prefiera: leña, huerta o pintura.
  3 horas de trabajo diario a a cambio de una habitación y la manutención.

  Unterkunft

  I offer a room with mountain views. A completely rustic room: a bed, a chair, a table, all wood and stone, a minimalist and healthy corner. I provide meals, of course, but everyone prepares their own menu. I prefer vegetarians, but I'm not an extremist.

  Ofrezco una habitación con vistas al monte. Habitación totalmente rústica: una cama, una silla, una mesa, todo ello madera y piedra, un rincón minimalista y sano.
  Lógicamente proporciono las comidas, pero cada cual se prepara su menú.
  Prefiero personas vegetarianas, pero no soy extremista..

  There's no cell phone coverage in the house, but there is some in the surrounding area, depending on the phone company.
  No smoking inside the house.
  The nearest bus stop is about 7 km away (Gijón and Oviedo are about an hour and a quarter away). The nearest bar is about 3 km away. Within reason, I'd help you with my car.
  There are short and long trails that start from the village.

  En la casa no hay cobertura, sí la hay alrededor , dependiendo de la compañía telefónica.
  No fumar dentro de casa.
  La parada de autobús más cercana está a unos 7 Km (Gijón y Oviedo más o menos a una hora y cuarto). El bar más cercano, a unos 3Km. Dentro de lo razonable yo te ayudaría con mi coche.
  Hay senderos de pequeño y largo recorrido que parten desde la aldea.
