  Hi! My name is Margalida, I am a young and enthusiastic woman who lives in a big house in Manacor (Mallorca) with my two female dogs Alma and Aura and my Cat Mishita.

  Until the end of June I need help to take care of my dogs and help me around the house. One of my dogs, Alma, had a surgery last summer and since then we need to be careful with her, so that she does not jump or make big efforts.
  Your help will consist in walking the dogs 3 times in the morning and one in the late evening, as well as helping me around the house (cleaning, painting, doing laundry, etc. - easy things). I am a teacher and in general, (if there aren't school holidays) your work will be from Monday to Friday until 2pm (or sometimes a bit earlier). You will have to do the first walk at 9:40, 8:35 or 7:35 (only Wednesdays) and then walk them three more times until 2pm. In between you will be required to do some cleaning or painting around the house, and you will also be able to take breaks, have a quiet breakfast, go to the city, etc. You will work 4 hours 5 days per week.
  If I am not working (during school holidays periods), your work might begin at 12 pm or later. Weekends off.

  Who am I? Who are we?
  I am an open-minded person who loves meeting new people, socializing, practicing languages, being in the nature and doing yoga and meditation. I also really love having it quiet at home sometimes, if I need some rest or have work to be done. Furthermore, I have traveled a lot myself and lived in different places but at the moment I have a permanent job in Mallorca as a German teacher and two very active dogs who love walking and having nice people around, that's why I would appreciate having some help.

  I really enjoy having a quiet life and being in silence. I believe very much in yoga, meditation and energetic self-healing therapies and myself I have taking many courses in those fields. Likewise, I am also a respectful person, so respect and honesty is one of the things I mostly appreciate in people. I am also an active person who practices gentle sport nearly every day like running or swimming and who loves having a quiet tea but also from time to time likes to enjoy a glass of wine and have an interesting conversation.
  My dogs: Alma and Aura are two sisters (rateros mallorquines), who are 2 and a half years old and have lots of Energy and Love to give, they really enjoy having company, so we are looking for somebody that really would enjoy having them around. Even when you might be just chilling out or cooking, they may be near you, willing to enjoy your company. Mishita is a female Cat, 3 years old, who also loves to have people around. It is also very important to be careful with Alma and always keep an eye on her, due to her past surgery.

  What kind of person would we like to have with us:
  
  Since I live in an old house, I am looking for a person who can be around in a silent way, a quiet person. At my place you can hear all noises easily, walls are thin, and specially the dogs can hear every single noise, which brings them to bark. That's why we need a quiet person who can go to bed or to the room at the same time as us, around 10 pm if there is work the following day, and who likes to sleep in at non-working days, (this is really important!), since we need silence in the morning to have enough rest. My ideal Workawayer would be a person who likes to sleep in until at least 10-10:30 at non-working days, since if somebody is up at the house the dogs will be also up, which means I won't be able to get the rest I need.
  Please consider that from Sunday to Thursday (when there is work the following day) quiet time at home will be at 22 or 22:15h, which means that at this time you will be asked to be already in your room and be silent, I hope you understand this, and you can cope with that).
  I also need to have a person who is sensitive, love animals, specially dogs and is very attentive to fulfill all needs. At home there are a few house rules, which are the basic ones to have a good co-living situation and I wish to have somebody at home who is able to pay attention to details and can be careful with all these kind things, able to take care of the house as if it would be his own home. I am a very clean and tidy person and i really follow Yoga Philosophy.
  
  ** I also would love to have somebody at home who likes to share meals, talks, walks..front time to time. In my free time, in the afternoon / evening or at weekends, it will be my pleasure to show you around on the island, which is beautiful. I also really enjoy cooking or going out for some tapas or for a drink. I go very often to the beach with my dogs, they love it! And you are welcome to join us. So we would like to have somebody who would connect with the Workakawayer spirit, getting a connection to our local people and places. Apart from that I can offer you learning some meditation techniques.
  
  About our place:
  I live in a town called Manacor, the capital of the east area in Mallorca. From here there are bus connections around the island, in the low season connections are not so great as in summer but still you can move around.
  
  The sea is a 20 minutes drive. I live beside the bus and train station, train station called "Estació de tren or Plaça Sa Mora".
  My house is about 10 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the countryside. It has got 3 terraces and a back yard with a lemon tree. In summer, it is nice to sit outside and watch the stars, but you can also hear a car or a motorbike passing by on the street from time to time, although at night it is mostly quiet, I don't live in a rural area but the countryside is nearby.
  You will have your own private room and share the bathroom with me. Your room has got a window to the street, but during the night if the window is closed, which it should be, in Order to have a silence atmosphere, you will be able to get a good sleep.
  
  What can we offer you?
  I can offer you a comfortable accommodation and the opportunity to get to know Alma, Aura and Mishita, my cat, who are lovely beings and really enjoy company. You will spend some time with us, and we are warm-hearted people looking forward to enjoying some company and help.
  With regard to cooking you will be able to use the kitchen. During the week I will kindly ask you to cook when I am not there, I don't get back home until 2:30 or later, since the kitchen is small, to have two people cooking at the same time. The rest of the time we can just take turns and agree to cooking times, etc.
  And of course from time to time we can cook together and share meals.
