The apartment is in a quite and safe place area in Alameda (45' from SF). You can walk to the water easily.
Not so much things to do on the neighbourhood and you always have the pinball museum to play for free 😊 or go to SF, Berkley or Oakland.

You need to be very autonomous in your works and quite handy. If you are good searching in YouTube and making by your own is a perfect place.
Also be autonomous with your feeding.
I missed more personal and cultural exchange with Lenny. The times we had it was really amazing because he shared with me their point of view. Also with his friend.
He lend me his car for having fun!
