We're a tico family and we are handling a small tourism company, renting rooms to tourists in Drake Bay.
At the same time we are building a finca and fixing trails in the area of Los Planes de Drake, just few kilometers away.
We would like to find a responsible person speaking fluid spanish and english, who can help us with both of our projects.
IMPORTANT: please send your request just in spanish, the native language of the host family

Arbeit
We are looking for 2 different profiles:
1.
HELP WITH DECORATIONS AND PAINTING IN THE HOSTEL IN DRAKE BAY:
We would like to reform and reniew the hostel painting, drawing and decorating both the rooms as the outdoor areas.
We are looking for artistic ideas to realize murales.
Here I would also like to have someone to teach some english to my kid.
At the hostel you can stay as long as you want!
2.
HELP WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FINCA AND CREATING TRAILS
We are looking for a person who can help us in building the new finca, in creating trails in the Woods, seeding and planting different products according to the season and also take care of the animals.
This is a really big finca, most of it is jungle were you can find lots of different tipes of wild animals and lots of trails with waterfalls.
At the finca I ask you to stay one month or more.

Unterkunft
The volunteer will stay in a private room with shared bathroom.
There is a shared kitchen and free Wifi (available just in the hostel not by the finca).
The kitchen has everything you need, you only need to bring your food.
In Drake Bay super market is a litle bit more expensive so, i recomend you to by your food before you came here (in Palmar). Also you need to bring cash because there's no ATM and lots of places don't accept card.

Drake Bay is very closed to Corcovado National Park and to the Caño Island for diving and snorkelling lovers.
During your free time you can also go for hiking or discover wild and uncontaminated beaches.
The hostel is just 5 minutes walking to the beach and there are 2 small shops where you can find food.
(Please keep in mind there is no ATM in the village, the nearest one available is in Puerto Jimenez or Palmar Norte).
