*Who am I*
My name is Alejandra, I am a glass artisan which is my livelihood. I am a dynamic, respectful and free-spirited creative that makes a living completely for myself.
I live in a beautiful reclusive terraced house in Gran Canaria, Tara. My home is adjacent to Las Cuevas de Tara (caves of Tara) a special site of ancient Canarian history over 2000 years old.
In my spare time I have a Kriyayoga group and I practice meditation; which volunteers are welcome to join.
Here in the Canary Islands there is sun all year round! It is a beautiful place to visit and explore in your free tim

*The ideal volunteer*
I am seeking voluntary support in two areas of my life;
My home - The ideal volunteer will be prepared to assist me with maintenance around mi casa. I have a lovely hidden garden that needs attention all year round.
*What to expect*
Your day would consist of the above tasks around my home. We will help together in the morning until around lunchtime, then you're welcome to explore the island and leave your belongings in a private locked room en mi casa. There's much to explore in the island!
I will provide breakfast and lunch. I have a very clean healthy diet, so expect more vegetarian meals! Always yummy ;)

¿Quién soy yo?
Mi nombre es Alejandra, soy un artesano de vidrio que es mi sustento. Soy una criatura dinámica, respetuosa y libre-espíritu que hace una vida completamente para mí mismo.
Vivo en una hermosa casa de terraza en Gran Canaria, Tara. Mi casa está adyacente a Las Cuevas de Tara, un sitio especial de la antigua historia canaria de más de 2000 años.
En mi tiempo libre tengo un grupo de Kriyayoga y practico la meditación, a la que los voluntarios son bienvenidos a unirse.
Aquí en las Islas Canarias hay sol todo el año! Es un lugar hermoso para visitar y explorar en su tiempo libre.
*El voluntario ideal* Estoy buscando apoyo voluntario en dos áreas de mi vida;
1) Mi casa - El voluntario ideal estará dispuesto a ayudarme con el mantenimiento alrededor de mi casa. Tengo un hermoso jardín oculto que necesita atención todo el año. Obras generales y ayudarme con las tareas en torno a mi taller.
*Qué esperar*
Tu día consistiría en las tareas anteriores alrededor de mi casa. Trabajaremos juntos en la mañana hasta alrededor de la hora del almuerzo, entonces usted es bienvenido a explorar la isla y dejar sus pertenencias en una habitación privada cerrada en mi casa. Hay mucho que explorar en la isla!
Proporcionaré el desayuno y el almuerzo. Tengo una dieta muy limpia y saludable, así que espera más comidas vegetarianas! Siempre delicioso ;)

Fui a Alejandra con Giulia, otra chica, fue una manera maravillosa de aprender cosas nuevas y hacer trabajos que no se suelen hacer todo el tiempo. it was a great experience working in alejandra's house. I was there for 2 weeks and helped her 5 hours a day with her glass art, gardening, cleaning, internet and jewelry making. I was also able to improve my Spanish. Alejandra is a great warm person. Thanks for letting me have this experience. :)
