  HI! I'm Stefano, a man who lives in a large farmhouse located in TORNIELLA, a hamlet of the municipality of ROCCASTRADA, province of GROSSETO, in the heart of the Maremma TUSCANY. I live alone in the farmhouse. The farmhouse is close to beautiful cities of art (SIENA, FLORENCE), about an hour from the sea (FOLLONICA, CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA, TALAMONE) and in winter about an hour from Monte Amiata where you can ski. The free spas of PETRIOLO, SAN FILIPPO and SATURANIA are also close by, where you can swim in practically every season. The beautiful FARMA river is also very close by, where you can swim in the summer in a natural pool with a beautiful waterfall. English: The agriturismo also has a small private spa with a beautiful six-person hot tub and a small infrared sauna and a small gym equipped with weights, an exercise bike, a bench and a punching bag, in addition to this there is also a beautiful telescope to observe the moon and the planets. Nearby there are numerous very characteristic restaurants. The location is therefore also perfect for spending wonderful holidays practically in all seasons. The work required for 5 hours from Monday to Friday will be carried out, depending on the season and if the weather permits, mainly on the outdoor spaces: cleaning the goat area, gardening (grass cutting, watering, plant care) but also cleaning the house. During the week I could be busy with work and I will be present at the agriturismo mainly in the evening. The guest will have full responsibility for managing the animals and the house during the day, so in case of my absence, he should not have problems being alone in a house in the middle of a forest. For this reason we will prefer people who love nature and want to stay for medium-long, long or even very long periods. The house is isolated but, however, the village is 800m away easily walkable. The village is full of life with a restaurant, two bars, a grocery store, a post office and even a large store of electronics, appliances and cell phones. I hope to find people who do not disdain my company and who do not like to go to bed too early, because often for work or personal reasons I have dinner a little later and in any case I prefer people who are flexible about working hours and life in general. Unfortunately I do not know English, but a beginner level of French would be very important, for me, even if not essential, that the guest knows Italian at least at an intermediate level but Spanish is also fine for me to understand. The offer is mainly aimed at single travelers to whom I can offer a room and a personal bathroom as a stay in addition to food. I can evaluate couples by agreeing on working hours and food. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing experiences and cultures, but I would especially like to meet oriental guests or kung fu and yoga enthusiasts and practitioners. I teach a martial art (KEMPO DANKAN) that also includes YOGA and I would be happy to meet people interested and willing to share with me the interest in these disciplines and training. In general I really enjoy making people aware of and appreciating the wonderful nature that surrounds the agriturismo, making people aware of Italian traditions and our good food. I firmly believe in the importance of respecting, defending and safeguarding nature (obviously in addition to that of people!) and for this reason I try to adopt the most sustainable behaviors possible. In the agriturismo, for example, all the energy is produced exclusively by the sun thanks to our 71 solar panels and the water for irrigating our garden comes from a natural spring.   CIAO! Sono Stefano, un uomo che vive in un grande casale situato a TORNIELLA, frazione del comune di ROCCASTRADA, provincia di GROSSETO, nel cuore della Maremma TOSCANA. Vivo da solo nel casale. Il casale è vicino bellissime città d'arte (SIENA, FIRENZE), a circa un'ora dal mare (FOLLONICA, CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA, TALAMONE) e in inverno a circa un'ora dal Monte Amiata dove è possibile sciare. Sono vicine anche le terme libere di PETRIOLO, SAN FILIPPO e SATURANIA, dove è possibile fare il bagno praticamente in ogni stagione. Vicinissimo anche il bellissimo fiume FARMA, dove è possibile fare il bagno in estate in una piscina naturale con una bellissima cascata. L'agriturismo dispone anche di una piccola spa privata con una bellissima vasca idromassaggio per sei persone e una piccola sauna a infrarossi e di una piccola palestra attrezzata con pesi, cyclette, panca e sacco da boxe, oltre a questo c'è anche un bellissimo telescopio per osservare la luna e i pianeti. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristorantini molto caratteristici. La posizione è quindi perfetta anche per trascorrere splendide vacanze praticamente in tutte le stagioni. Il lavoro richiesto per 5 ore dal lunedì al venerdì verrà svolto, a seconda della stagione e se il meteo lo permetterà, principalmente sugli spazi esterni: pulizia dell'area capre, giardinaggio (taglio dell'erba, irrigazione, cura delle piante) ma anche pulizia della casa. Durante la settimana potrei essere impegnato con il lavoro e sarò presente in agriturismo principalmente la sera. L'ospite avrà la piena responsabilità della gestione degli animali e della casa durante il giorno, quindi in caso di mia assenza, non dovrà avere problemi a stare da solo in una casa nel mezzo di un bosco. Per questo motivo preferiremo persone che amano la natura e abbiano voglia di fermarsi per periodi medio-lunghi, lunghi o anche lunghissimi. La casa è isolata ma, comunque, il paese dista 800m facilmente percorribili a piedi. Il paese è ricco di vita con un ristorante, due bar, un negozio di alimentari, un ufficio postale e addirittura un negozio importante di elettronica, elettrodomestici e cellulari. Spero di trovare ad ogni modo persone che non disdegnino la mia compagnia e che non amino andare a letto troppo presto, perché spesso per motivi di lavoro o personali ceno un po' più tardi e in ogni caso preferisco persone flessibili sugli orari di lavoro e di vita in generale. Purtroppo non conosco l'inglese, ma un francese a livello principiante sarebbe molto importante, per me, anche se non fondamentale, che l'ospite conosca l'italiano almeno a un livello intermedio ma va benissimo anche lo spagnolo per me comprensibile. L'offerta è principalmente rivolta a viaggiatori singoli a cui posso offrire una camera e un bagno personale come soggiorno oltre al vitto. Posso valutare le coppie concordando orari di lavoro e vitto. Mi piace molto incontrare persone da tutto il mondo e condividere esperienze e culture, ma in particolar modo mi piacerebbe incontrare ospiti orientali o appassionati e praticanti di kung fu e yoga. Insegno un'arte marziale (KEMPO DANKAN) che include anche lo YOGA e sarei felice di incontrare persone interessate e desiderose di condividere con me l'interesse per queste discipline e gli allenamenti. In generale mi piace molto far conoscere e apprezzare la meravigliosa natura che circonda l'agriturismo, far conoscere le tradizioni italiane e il nostro buon cibo. Credo fermamente nell'importanza del rispetto, della difesa e della salvaguardia della natura (ovviamente oltre a quello delle persone!) e per questo cerco di adottare comportamenti il ​​più possibile sostenibili. Nell'agriturismo, ad esempio, tutta l'energia è prodotta esclusivamente dal sole grazie ai nostri 71 pannelli solari e l'acqua per l'irrigazione del nostro giardino proviene da una sorgente naturale. Ci saranno, poi, specie nel fine settimana, nelle festività ed in estate tante occasioni di fare gite e visitare insieme posti bellissimi: sciare e giocare con gli slittini sulla neve del MONTE AMIATA, fare il bagno in bellissime spiagge, nel bellissimo fiume FARMA, nel lago dell'ACCESA, nelle bellissime terme naturali, passeggiare nei boschi, visitare le vicine SIENA, GROSSETO e non troppo distante FIRENZE. Anche visitare ROMA da qui non è molto lontano.
  Vivere in armonia con la natura e osservare tanti animali selvatici.
