Help with landscaping, murals and marketing at my resort in Dharamshala, India

  I do run a resort in dharamshala region.i have cottages in my property plus a restaurant.i need all the marketing help and wall muralists....and a landscaper too.
  
  Currently i am having two staff persons available.the manage the kitchen and the rooms.they serve you good meal and authentic himachali food according to season.they make sure you are comfortable in here.
  I have one extra staff member who is my neighbour.He visits us somedays as he is little aged and have to do some household work.
  My all three staff members are local.2 staff members manage kitchen and Restaurant and cottges.professionally one is Chef and other is of service department.As there is need to grow the property so i would welcome the help of workawayers.

  1) Mcleodganj which is 15 kms from the property is known for the Tibetan cultre.you can have wonderful experience of the Tibetan culture.Dalai lama's home is also there.
  2) Dharamshala which is 7 kms from the property is known for dhauladhar Mountains which serves as a serene beauty to the property as well as dharamshala also it is famous for local Himachalali culture.
  3) Norbulingka Monastery opens up the art of Tibetan Religion.
  4)in case of local culture we belong to Himachali Culture which is famous for food .....our functions serves the best Himachali Dhaam to our guest.We speak Pahari, Hindi, English....you can learn our language...and the same we learn from you.
  
  With the interaction,i will be there all time available for them.will be sharing my thoughts to their ones.
  I can teach them the pahari language.Concepts of Civil Engineering as i am an engineer.from them i will be helping in their work and learning what they asre good at.

  Landscaping and making the property more attractive is the main purpose.i need help with the photography as well as social media handling to increase the reach of the property.There is a restaurant in the property.i want to make that place more happening.there too i need the help.i basically need to create vibe in the property.
