  Beschreibung

  Hello you friendly people,
  we are Valentin, Anna and little Theo (2), a small family searching for some cultural exchange and support in our daily life.
  
  Valentin is writing a book, currently. Anna is making a lot of art, selling postcards and painting. In order to have a bit more time for our creative work, we would like the workawayer to support us in our daily life.
  
  That could mean anything from helping in the household, buying groceries or just playing with Theo so that we can have some time off.
  One thing we do quite frequently is collecting food from a organisation called foodsharing, which saves food from ending in the trash. Also we have a little house nearby (we call it casita), which is an exchange place for things. People just put stuff there, they dont need anymore and anyone can take it home. We found some real treasures at both places and going there is defenetly part of our weekly routine.
  
  We have been travelling ourselves with workaway a lot and we miss having people from other countries around.
  
  Our life here in Esslingen is quite relaxed right now, but still there is always something to do. We are planning on opening a creative space/ coffee place this year.
  
  Here in Esslingen you can visit the medieval and beautiful historic center, go shopping or just take a train to another city. The connections are quite well. Stuttgart, the capital of our state is just a 20 min ride away. There you find an abundance of galaries, museums, coffee places and shopping malls.
  
  Our appartment is locaded on a hill, a two minutes walk from nature. We love being so close to the forrest, birds and apple trees. This area is known for all the apples, pears and other trees. In spring it is blooming all over.
  But still we have a good bus connection here, that will bring you right to the main station.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We offer a mix of argentinian, italian and german culture. There is always some delicious mate available and we have a lot of different possibilities to brew coffe at home. :)
  You can learn a lot about the german mindset, especially the southgerman, which is even a bit more "working mentallitiy". We have Mercedes Benz and Porsche here, to visit the museums and learn about the history of cars. There are endless possibilities of hiking thorugh the wineyards.
  
  If you like to learn about training your body or even doing frequently trainings, you can train with Valentin. He studied P.E. and worked as personal trainer.
  Anna can teach you stuff about business if you wish, but even better, she is always open for a deep talk about the universe and life.
  We are two people who think a lot about the world and it's ways and how to make it better.
  We are always looking for someone who can teach us something crative (music, painting, writing, etc.) We would love to expand our skills.

  Arbeit

  We need help with the household, sometimes watching our son and creative projects.
  We would like some proactive people. It heples a lot if you can say what you need but also see what needs to be done. You need to be able to do chores alone. If you would like to share skills or creativity no matter of which field, you are the onefor us.

  Unterkunft

  We will offer you our own room within our appartment with a bed and a possibility to organize your clothes and belongings.
  We share the living room, bathroom and kitchen.
  
  You can take anything from the fridge or kitchen at any time. We try to have one meal together each day, but you can just eat whenever you want to.
  Right now we are eating everything, but it is no problem to cook vegetarian or vegan or any other diet.

  Was noch ...

  Even though Mariujana is legally now in Germany we don't whish the workawayers to consume at home, since we have a child around. We don't mind, if you smoke at other places.
  
  We are quite relaxed people. If something bothers you or you don't feel well, please tell us. You dont need to work like crazy here, so this could be a little break from other hosts with harder labor.
  Right now we dont have WIFi at home. We just use our phones with internet and we will always share it with you, but we cannot provide an internet connection 24/7.
