Hello.
I am Eduardo and I live in a peaceful and beautiful beach called Armacao, and I am looking for basic help to fix up my two bedroom house. The house is simple, not for everyone, it is roots. So if you need lots of comfort and fancy things this is not it. But if you like nature and are grateful for having a roof over your head and good food on the table, I will be more than happy to share a bit of my life with you. The house usually is very messy, chaotic. I had a guest that is an youtuber and she showed a lit bit of the house and also a bit of the area (south of the island) on her youtube channel (isaenruta), let me know if you´ve seen the video :)

The house is in a walking distance (6 minutes) from the beach and there will be plenty of time to enjoy it. Surfing, taking long walks, swimming in the ocean or just relaxing by the beach.
I've been living in Florianopolis for over 20 years and I'll be happy to take the time to talk to you about all the goods in the Island. As well as being flexible with work hours so you can enjoy your stay here.
Arbeit
I need help with construction repairs, general repairs, wood work, painting, etc. As well as cleaning, organising things and taking good care of the house. The work is easy and doesn´t require experience. I basically need a helpful hand. But if you have experience it is even better, I can be your helpful hand then, follow your lead and we can do bigger projects.
Please describe what kind of skills you have and what kind of work would you like to do here.
If it is the case that you are looking for House Sitting, then consider that this help will be only needed if you have long term availability (3months minimum).

I love to practice and learn about any language, as well as sometimes mix them all together and communicate using 3, 4 different languages lol.
Unterkunft
The house is very simple, not much comfort but you will have your private room and share the rest of the house with me.
Food will be shared.
At the moment I can not provide food for workawayers, so we will share basic food expenses.
Full kitchen access: you can cook whatever you want at any time you want.
No internet access
Hot/warm shower.
A few surfboards, a tandem kayak, a sailboat and an old bicycle to be shared.

I´m always doing something on the house, and I have a very flexible agenda, I usually make my schedules day by day, week by week, with no much worries.
The house is usually a bit chaotic with just me here, so there will be usually a bit of cleaning and organising to be done together before we can attack bigger projects.
Please let me know if you are travelling with a sleeping bag or not.
There are a few Gold Tegu lizards that sometimes hang around in the front patio of the house, so if you are not chilled having wild life so near you it is best you search a different host. Also, I have a cat.
Edit. Some time after the arrival of the cat the lizards stopped hanguing around the front patio, now there are some frogs hanging around, and sometimes they come inside the house.
