We have a hostel on the coast of São Paulo, in the city Guarujá, an incredible city that sits inside an island full of wonderful beaches.
Our goal is always to keep this hostel with good energy and to be very happy here: D
Temos um hostel no litoral de São Paulo, na cidade Guarujá, uma cidade incrível que fica dentro de uma ilha cheia de praias maravilhosas.
Nosso objetivo é sempre manter este hostel com uma boa energia e sermos muito felizes aqui :D

Here the volunteers develop a lot of personal, because besides receiving all kinds of people coming from different parts of Brazil to spend an unforgettable weekend, we usually form a very eclectic team, which makes us understand, accept and love other types of profiles that we would not naturally choose as friends because they are so different from us ... the personal development is incredible .. in addition, here the volunteers learn a lot about collectivity, as we encourage them to generate money here even through sale of some snacks, ice cream, mousse, breakfast, handicrafts, meditation classes .. we ended up turning our money here in the middle of it all among us... I think it is very interesting dynamics ...
Aqui os voluntários desenvolvem muito a parte pessoal, pois além de recebermos todo tipo de pessoas vindas de diversas partes do Brazil para passar um final de semana inesquecível, normalmente nós formamos uma equipe muito eclética, o que faz com que a gente entenda, aceite e ame outros tipos de perfis que naturalmente não escolheríamos como amigo por serem tão diferentes de nós... o desenvolvimento pessoal é incrível.. além disso, aqui os voluntários aprendem muito sobre coletividade, pois nós incentivamos a eles gerarem dinheiro aqui dentro mesmo através de venda de algumas comidinhas, geladinho, mousse, café da manha, artesanato, aulas de meditação.. daí acabamos que giramos o nosso dinheiro aqui dentro mesmo entre meio que entre nós... acho está dinâmica muito interessante...

Our vacancies are all very similar, we look for volunteers to help in the reception and cleaning of the house. The house here is very easy to clean and usually gets crowded only on weekends, during the week it is super quiet ..
Nossas vagas são todas muito parecidas, buscamos voluntários para ajudar na recepção e limpeza da casa. A casa aqui é bem fácil de limpar e normalmente fica lotada apenas aos finais de semana, durante a semana é super calmo..

Our rooms here are all private rooms with one double bed and one treliches beds and all have air conditioning and private bathroom.
Nossos quartos aqui são todos quartos privativos com uma cama de casal e uma cama triliches e todos possuem ar condicionado e banheiro privativo.

In the free time, the volunteers usually go to visit the various beaches of the guarujá. Here are more than 20 beaches and the whole island is flat, so it's very easy to get around the bike ... eh a delight. We go to Santos by bike, as it has a bike path all the way and even owns a bicycle raft ..
Nos tempos livres, normalmente os voluntários saem para conhecer a diversas praias do guarujá. Aqui são mais de 20 praias maravihosas e toda a ilha é plana, então é muito fácil se locomover de bike... eh uma delicia. Vamos até para Santos de bicicleta, pois tem ciclovia no caminho inteiro e possui até uma balsa de bicicletas..

O tipo de trabalho é muito tranquilo dependendo do turno que se apanhe e altura do ano, mas ainda assim é um trabalho bastante acessivel que varia em volta da manutenção e limpeza das instalações do hostel e checkins.
