  if we stop to think about it, is much more than a piece of land in southern Brazil. It's an idea, a living experiment of how humans can return to living more connected with the natural world. It's a place where agroforestry, bioconstruction, and sustainable technologies blend together in a way that makes us rethink what progress really means. Here, the goal is not just to plant trees or build houses; it's to plant ideas and build a more harmonious future.
  
  Since 2013, the site has been transforming from an abandoned piece of land into a center for learning, living, and regeneration. Over 80 people from 17 countries have passed through here, each bringing something new and taking a little piece of this dream with them. This creates a unique, almost palpable energy that breathes life into the place.
  
  But it’s not just poetry. We’re hands-on, literally. Right now, for example, we’re rebuilding the main house, which will be the heart of the site — a space for classes, lectures, and events that will spread this idea to the world. And you know what’s even cooler? We’re doing this with local wood, stones from the land, recycled metals, and even rammed earth, in partnership with IFSC. It’s sustainable construction in practice, showing that it’s possible to make things beautiful without harming the planet.
  
  The bigger purpose? To reconnect people with the land. To teach that you can’t truly live without being in tune with the environment. The native architecture we defend is just that: a way of building where you, the resident, create your space with your own hands, using the resources the land offers. It’s simple, powerful, and profoundly human.
  
  And the vision goes beyond that. The site wants to be a model, a living laboratory that inspires new ways of thinking and living. It’s about creating healthier cities where we don’t have to sacrifice well-being to have a place to call home. It’s about learning from nature, integrating the traditional and the modern, and showing that true progress isn’t about distancing ourselves from the land, but getting closer to it.
  
  In the end, - is this: an invitation. A call to everyone who feels that it’s possible to live in a different way. If you believe that change is possible — not just in the world, but in the way we live in it — then this place is for you. 🌱

  -, se a gente parar pra pensar, é muito mais do que um pedaço de terra no sul do Brasil. É uma ideia, um experimento vivo de como o ser humano pode voltar a viver de forma mais conectada com o mundo natural. É um lugar onde agrofloresta, bioconstrução e tecnologias sustentáveis se misturam de um jeito que faz a gente repensar o que é progresso. Aqui, o objetivo não é só plantar árvores ou construir casas; é plantar ideias e construir um futuro mais harmonioso.
  
  Desde 2013, o sítio vem se transformando de um terreno abandonado pra um centro de aprendizado, convivência e regeneração. Já passaram mais de 80 pessoas de 17 países por aqui, cada uma trazendo algo novo e levando um pouquinho desse sonho consigo. Isso cria uma energia única, quase palpável, que dá vida ao lugar.
  
  Mas não é só poesia, não. A gente tá com a mão na massa, literalmente. Agora, por exemplo, estamos reconstruindo a casa principal, que vai ser o centro nervoso do sítio — um espaço pra aulas, palestras e eventos que vão espalhar essa ideia pelo mundo. E sabe o que é mais legal? A gente tá fazendo isso com madeira local, pedras do terreno, metais reciclados e até taipa de pilão, em parceria com o IFSC. É construção sustentável na prática, mostrando que dá pra fazer bonito sem agredir o planeta.
  
  O propósito maior? Reconectar as pessoas com o território. Ensinar que não dá pra viver de verdade sem estar em sintonia com o ambiente. A arquitetura autóctone que a gente defende é isso: uma forma de construir onde você, morador, cria seu espaço com as próprias mãos, com os recursos que a terra oferece. É simples, poderoso e profundamente humano.
  
  E a visão vai além. O sítio quer ser um modelo, um laboratório vivo que inspira novas formas de pensar e viver. É sobre criar cidades mais saudáveis, onde a gente não precise abrir mão do bem-estar pra ter um lugar pra chamar de lar. É sobre aprender com a natureza, integrar o tradicional e o moderno, e mostrar que o progresso real não é se afastar da terra, mas se aproximar dela.
  
  No fim das contas, o - é isso: um convite. Um chamado pra todo mundo que sente que dá pra viver de outro jeito. Se você acredita que é possível mudar — não só o mundo, mas a forma como a gente vive nele —, então esse lugar é pra você. 🌱

  Before pandemy we used to have events like shammanic weekend, reiki degree, hipnosis, yoga class etc...Now we are more on the path of having people and interacting with them deeply in order to create a singular process for every volunteer we have, its very good to see people going home with a better perspective of the world and leaving us also with a deep understandment of other places and cultures.

  Antes da pandemia, tínhamos eventos como fim de semana xamânico, grau de reiki, hipnose, aula de ioga, etc ... Agora estamos mais no caminho de ter pessoas e interagir com elas profundamente, a fim de criar um processo único para cada voluntário que temos, é muito bom ver as pessoas voltando para casa com uma perspectiva melhor do mundo e também possibilitando-nos termos uma nova perspectiva cultural que a mesma traz consigo.

  We basically need help with the maintenance of the house and dogs, as well as the gardens and outdoor areas.
  I have been working in the city, and it has been quite difficult to give the necessary attention to the space without volunteers, the tasks would be quite basic at first and according to the volunteer's interest and will we can include more complex activities and specific courses from those listed above.

  Precisamos de ajuda basicamente na manutenção da casa e dos dogs, assim como dos jardins e das áreas externas.
  Tenho trabalhado na cidade, e tem sido bastante dificultoso dar a atenção necessária ao espaço sem voluntários, as tarefas seriam bastante básicas a principio e conforme o interesse e vontade do voluntario podemos incluir atividades mais complexas e cursos específicos dos listados a cima.
