Help needed at my home in San Isidro de El General, Costa Rica

  Hello!
  I moved to San Isidro de El General, Costa Rica in 2015. I live in a remodeled Tico house, and have a lovely cabina on my property that I'm offering for the right person, to occupy for up to a month to help me to complete my projects.
  
  I'm looking for a handyman with, plumbing, garden/yard maintenance and general maintenance skills.

  My home is located in a predominantly Tico neighborhood. My neighbors are lovely, friendly people! This is not a touristy area...however, there are a number of Expats who live in San Isidro. Here, you are surrounded by nature, and within an hour of the closest beach, Dominical. There are beautiful places to hike, amazing waterfalls, exotic birds and animals,...I live at nearly 3000 ft. elevation in the mountains, just 10 minutes drive from the center of town, where the air is cooler and fresh! There is a local bus that regularly services Quebradas (my barrio), all day long. So, there is no need for a car!
  
  Spanish is helpful, but not required.

  What I currently need help with...
  
  Cleaning, weeding and planting of various garden areas around my property, and maintanance of those sites. It is currently the rainy season, and the best time for planting trees and various shrubs, flowers, etc.
  
  General maintenance: of structures, pathways, etc.; painting, staining, power-washing, organizing of tools, some plumbing.
  
  Possible fence repairs/ installation.

  Unterkunft

  My cabina, is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, electric hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. The spacious loft provides the sleeping quarters, with a comfortable full sized bed. The bathroom is modern and tiled, with an on-demand hot water shower. There is a small living room area, in addition to the outdoor deck space, which provides a 180 degree view of the Quebradas River, mountains and trees.
  
  There are two Golden Retrievers and a cat on the property.
  
  I'm offering free room and board. for this workaway. (I typically charge $75 per night in a rental situation). You will be self-sufficient for your meals, etc.

  There are many things to enjoy and do in San Isidro de El General and nearby areas! For the outdoor enthusiast there's hiking, bird watching, beaches to explore...the town provides shopping, restaurants, a huge farmers Market, medical needs....
  
  My preference is someone very adaptable, open-minded, nature and animal lover, kind, friendly and considerate. Non-smoker please!
