Beschreibung
We are a family and friends with a rehabilitation project for a historic house, surrounded by nature and in the most rural region of the Basque Country. We are rehabilitating both the stately-style house and its gardens and fruit trees. We have 1.5 hectares of gardens, trees and fruit trees.
Nous sommes une famille et des amis avec un projet de réhabilitation d'une maison historique, en pleine nature et dans la région la plus rurale du Pays Basque. Nous réhabilitons à la fois la maison de style seigneurial et ses jardins et arbres fruitiers. Nous avons 1,5 hectares de jardins, d'arbres et d'arbres fruitiers.

We are in a privileged environment where you can get to know the authentic rural world of the Basque Country. Karrantza is the last redoubt of rural life where farms coexist with an uncrowded environment.
The house in which they will stay is the living history of the Basque people, as it tells the story of a family that migrated to America and returned with money to help their people.
Estamos en un entorno privilegiado donde podrán conocer el auténtico mundo rural del país vasco, Karrantza es el último reducto de vida rural donde conviven las granjas con un entorno sin masificar.
La propia casa en la que se alojarán es historia viva del pueblo vasco ya que cuenta la historia de una familia que migro a América y volvió con dinero a ayudar a su pueblo.

Unterkunft
Accommodation will be in single or double rooms, with shared bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are on us, although sometimes they may have to do it themselves.
El alojamiento será en habitaciones individuales o dobles, con baño compartido. El desayuno,comida y cena corre de nuestra cuenta aunque es posible que en ocasiones deban hacerlo ellos mismos.

We have some bicycles to move around the town and surroundings. The beach is only 20 minutes away. Bilbao is an hour away by train and Santander another hour. There is also a bus to go to Bilbao.
We are only 5 minutes walk from the Karpin wildlife park. The Pozalagua caves are a 5-minute drive away. We are next to the Armañon natural park.
Tenemos algunas bicicleta para moverse por el pueblo y alrededores. La playa está a solo 20 minutos. Bilbao está a una hora en tren y Santander a otra hora. También hay autobús par ir a Bilbao.
Estamos a solo 5 minutos andando del parque de fauna Karpin. Las cuevas de Pozalagua están a 5 minutos en coche. Nos encontramos junto al parque natural de Armañon.
