We are a family of four. We live in Anchorage Alaska and these 4 cabins are our week/weekend retreat in the summer. We like to fish, hike, walk the beaches and drive 4 wheelers in our off time. We bought this land for the amazing views and the closeness to halibut fishing. We have done the majority of work already to this place and just need someone to stay and enjoy this place as it is larger than we need for just ourselves. We have a 3 bedroom house, a 2 bedroom cabin, 1 bedroom and a studio cabin on the bluff.

Ninilchik Alaska is one of the first Russian colonies in Alaska. Alot of cultural information is available in the original town along with spectacular views.

Arbeit
We have 4 cabins located in Ninilchik Alaska. 3 cabins are finished, You would be staying in the smaller cabin for the length of stay. One bedroom cabin has full size bathroom and kitchen (running water and electricity) along with deck, tv. We are also looking for someone to mow lawn and do general upkeep (weedwacking, chopping wood for campfire and maybe some painting of cabins). Another benefit is we will fish for halibut quite often and you will have to chance to bring back with you a lot of fish if interested. The cabins are located on a bluff that overlook 5 volcanoes and a beautiful view of the Cook Inlet. There is also children's swings and play area along with a beach right in front of bluff. You must have a valid drivers license and insurance to use 4 wheelers and Ranger Pickup.

Modern one bedroom cabin fully furnished with large bathroom, shower, sink and toilet along with kitchen with stove, microwave and oven with flatscreen tv and dvd player. After smaller cabin is done, you would move in there and will have a shower, toilet, sink, bed along with tv and dvd player.

You can fish on the Kenai river, visit Homer Alaska and dozens of hiking trails available. Use of Ranger pickup truck to check out sites around the area. We usually go fishing during the day in our boat and then come back and have a large campfire (2 campfire pits) and cook up the fish and enjoy the scenery. We have two kids, 8 and 9 year old girls so families would be ok. We have a hot tub and trampoline for kids to use too.
