Our Project on Croatian island Vis is a Holistic Center for sustainability, future proof Conscious Healing, Permaculture and Alternative schooling; we are in the stage of building main structures like yoga rooms, Geodesic Dome, Permaculture Gardens, small wood Cabin Houses for guests, Natural Pond and much more...

The reason for visiting the island Vis is its natural beauty and traditional Dalmatian food, as well the island's atmosphere. From all the major Dalmatian islands Vis is significantly more peaceful with a hint of eco-tourism and spiritual tourism ( yoga and meditation retreats..). With its numerous unpaved roads trough nature and towards stunning beaches it is trekkers and bikers paradise. In the summertime many events are happening all over the island such as music, art festivals and small village annual celebrations...
Vis provides a perfect challenge for permaculture enthusiasts with dry powerful summers and a mild rainy winters, rocky based soil, mostly poor of nutrients..soil regeneration is the keyword ;)
Life here expands to include the whole community and the myriad requirements to keep it operational. To live as part of a conscious community requires one to recalibrate one’s personal needs and values to align with our vision, and culture of the place; and this merging of self with context – one’s community and the ecology that sustains it – is perhaps the most important process that takes place when we seek a regenerative way of life!

🐈🐓🐕We are looking for someone to take care of our cats, dogs and plants from mid/end February until end of March 🙏🏻🐶🐱🐓
The main thing we need help is with building wood structures and small guest houses so volounteers with Carpenter Skills are mostly welcome.
We would need help with gardening/ clearing vegetation; chipping, mulching, creating vegetable raised beds, mandala gardens, planting fruit trees, wood structures and yoga platforms building, dry stone wall and houses renovation work, wood/stone artistic sculptures, paintings, mosaics and soooo much more :)
We also need little care around the plants and animals: our 4 chicken, 27 cats and 2 small female doggesses.

There are different possibilities depending on season and number of volunteers present in particular moment.
Sleeping places we offer: tents, 2 cosy caravans with fire stoves, space for campers and caravans, 3 comfortable wooden cabins with fire stoves.
Vegetarian/Vegan meals are provided by us. On a personal level we are non-smokers and mostly non-drinkers, who enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle so we prefer non-smokers.

We offer two mountain bike to move around the island and lift to the nearest villages and beaches.
