  Hello everyone
  
  It’s me Nadun,
  I grew up in the beautiful surf city of Weligama, where I am now looking for volunteers to do some hostel work.We have a hostel, rooftop bar and a restaurant on the South Coast of Sri Lanka.Currently we have 6 locally paid staff for hostel and restaurant.
  
  Work will consist mostly of interacting with the guests and taking care of the booking websites.
  Nevertheless we are lovely people who will welcome you warmly.
  Also creative souls to paint the walls, ... would be appreciated.
  
  If you have other ideas on how to contribute, just drop us a line, we're always happy to work something out.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  In exchange for your help we will offer food and accomandation. You will work 5 hours a day 5 days a week.
  You can learn to surf with our experienced surf instructors (surf lessons are not included in the exchange, however we will offer a discounted rate) and you can also rent surfboards form our surf school at the beach.
  
  You will also get the chance to work alongside our friendly and fun local staff as well as mixing with our guests from all over the world..And in your free time you will be able to enjoy Weligama city , places around here and surfing at weligama bay.

  Arbeit

  We are currently looking for creative souls to fill our hostel with some more love, paintings, drawings, sculpturing, whatever helps to make the place more cozy.Other tasks would include some online work and interacting with guest, As well some maintenance and gardening every now and then.
  Also our Yoga space is all ready for a Yoga to give some yoga lessons for the curious traveler.
  
  So wherever your skills lie - or if you want to try something new,whatever you feel will help bring people to come and enjoy - we're greatful for all the help we can get.
  PS - Guys make sure you write how or with what sort of skill set you can be a part of our crew!

  Was noch ...

  You will get the whole cultural experience. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country, especially if you get to enjoy it with the locals. You can learn to cook the Sri Lankan style and discover places that you otherwise probably would not have found.
  
  Weligama, in the South of Sri Lanka is a surf city, with chilled vibes. the hostel is quite big (48 beds) and staff is young and super friendly so you'll never feel lonely)
